On Sunday, after the news came out that Selena Gomez had hooked up with 1D’s Niall Horan at a party (and left with him), Justin Bieber posted yet another throwback photo of himself and Selena, that’s below. He’s been telling every outlet that will listen that he hopes to get back with his first love, Selena, at some point, and he’s admitted that several songs on his new CD are about her. I thought that might be some kind of marketing ploy (like poor Bieber is pining for Selena, we should feel sorry for him instead of pointing out his douchey ways), but it seems true. Justin and Selena even went on a sort of date a couple of weeks ago where he serenaded her at a hotel bar, although Selena sources were quick to point out that they were just friends.
Now Justin is making headlines by asking for the identity of a random gorgeous woman whose photo he found online. He posted the following to Instagram.
This young woman has supposedly been identified and I’m not going to post the direct link to her Instagram or YouTube accounts, because I don’t think it’s fair to her. Plus there are copycat accounts, which make it hard to verify (although they’re new and private), and we don’t even know if she’s 18. She posts her art, which is mostly drawings of herself, and selfies. She looks like a mix of Adriana Lima and Irina Shayk.
I looked through the comments trying to figure out where she’s from (she writes her captions in English) but I can’t tell because there are so many comments in various languages bashing her for catching Bieber’s attention. It’s ridiculous. So all of a sudden she has a ton of attention for just posting some of her photos online. Does Bieber even think before he posts? He’s just trying to get back at Selena for moving on and instead he brought of ton of attention to some random woman’s social media accounts. Poor Bieber, forever alone. He’s currently touring the UK though so I doubt he’s hurting for company.

Meh, these days for better or worse a ton of celebs are reaching out to people on Instagram (I mean is there any point to Instagram other than self-promotion) for everything from their art/styling/modeling.
Rihanna used a woman from Instagram for her last music video BBHMM. Not saying Justin isn’t a stage 3 clinger (honestly he and Selena are that annoying on/off couple that go in circles till everyone’s sick of them) but that unless he gets creepy or harasses this woman this isn’t out of the norm for Instagram.
At least he hasn’t been as dumb as many male celebs and dm-ed some salacious stuff for her to put him on blast for.
Yeah, I agree with you. I’m not a fan of Justin Bieber, but I don’t think we should “blame” him for this. He posted a picture of a girl who he thinks is pretty and said “who is this”. How many times have I seen posts of “random hot guy of X”? He probably didn’t even expect the rabid reaction.
The insane thing is him commenting on this girls attractiveness is enough to rally the rapid female fanbase he has into sending this poor girl death threats.
We don’t really know if he dm-ed her anything (stupid). Maybe she’s just not the type of person who makes it public.
And yes, I think he should have expected that his fans would go crazy.

Oh speaking of celebs catching a case on Instagram look at Cara Delavigne for her recent beef with an indie fashion designer who’s gotten her fans to tweet Cara telling her to ‘cut the shit’ for allegedly stealing her design and selling it as her own creation.
If Cara really did steal her designs then she deserves to be called out. Is there any proof though? I’m not on Instagram but I’m sure someone out there has done the detective work.
From the looks of it Cara did steal her design – but there’s a tricky legal aspect to the issue as it seems like the design was also a new version of an older design.
The interesting aspect is Cara ‘cashing in’ on feminism and whether she created these shirts knowing she’s be taking business from this company.
She looks a lot like Selena Gomez. And he’s a ridiculous person.
She is lovely, and she looks to be about 15 years old. He’d better stop.

As the ancient crone that I am, I think it is super creepy for a celeb to ask for help in hunting down someone whose photo he found on the internet. Hire a PI for goodness sake, you gave the cash. Or DM her directly or something. Drawing the attention of your rabid fans to a stranger like that is just wrong.
If a non-celeb did this would we say it’s okay? No. This is not okay as far as I’m concerned. You want to do it privately (still not okay) then do so. But putting it out there for the world is creepy.
Especially since this girl is 15 years old.

Honestly, I go by the ‘daytime’ beauty standard when it comes to assessing someone’s true attractiveness. If you are under natural outdoor light without full facepaint on, and you look like a model/supermodel – THAT qualifies as gorgeous. Zero deception. It’s easy to manipulate photos on social media with angles, cosmetics to look hotter than you are (hell, that’s the origin story of The Duck Face). The true test is when you take somebody out of that false realm (social media pics) and put them in, GASP, real life. Lots of the presumably gorgeous people on there would not pass ‘the daytime test.’
The girl is 15 years old and likely a natural brunette (and I would have serious side-eye for her parents if her lips were the injected kind).
And yet, here we are, talking about whether her beauty is ‘authentic’ instead of focusing on the fact that some grown-ass dickweed several years older than her put her picture out there without her permission.

The point is not whether this girl’s looks are ‘real’, it’s that Bieber is enough of a dick to put her picture out there and demand her identity…..all without her knowledge or consent.
The majority of this woman’s photos (not on ig) are of an adult nature,they are clearly taken from a porn site.The woman in question isn’t exactly publicity shy or she would not take photos of that nature and make them public.
Where do you think “wolfiecindy” found the photos in the first place? They were on the web for all to see,these aren’t private photos,the woman works in the sex industry,anybody can go on those sites and view her photos with her knowledge & consent if they wanted to.
This isn’t some sweet innocent 16 year old that’s had her ig account made public,the woman is at least 10 years older now. The photos were always public with her consent,that is the point.
