Update: I just read this on Yahoo! and it pisses me off so much. This kid was 17 when he got a BJ from a 15 year old girl and it was caught on tape. He got ten years in prison for it and has already been in jail for two years! AND the judge is releasing the video tape all over the place, claiming it somehow strengthens his case.
