It isn’t CBs fault (especially since they are just linking to the article) though Ryan Conklin should have known better than to give the day of deployment. Let’s hope he was fudging dates because he can get into big trouble for that.

Wow. I literally can’t find a single thing that isn’t awesome about this ensemble. I was going to say the dress is the same color as her skin and that’s a big no-no, but I scrolled down and saw the beadwork and changed my mind. It’s absolutely beautiful. And the hat/veil, her makeup, her hair, everything. It’s incredible.
I really don’t think she’s that great of an actress (she’s ok), but WOWZA does she ever get better looking as she gets older.

Announcing troop movement, in my understanding of my opsec responsibilities online, is saying which flight you’ll be on, which province you’re going to, what time you’ll be leaving, etcetera.
“Going to Iraq on Sunday” is not a violation of OPSEC as far as I understand it…and we get harped on about it a LOT out here. I know you mean well, here, but in this instance, I don’t think it’s a problem to say he’s leaving. Not the smartest thing ever…but not strictly a security problem.
I am a military spouse. We are not supposed to mention the day they leave. That is a pretty well known fact at least among military people. It does not matter if he didn’t mention his unit, where specifically he is headed. Even from that article it said he was at Bragg. It would not be difficult for someone so inclined to find out what unit he is with. It is just irresponsible to do so.
