They can argue the value being asked for, 10 million for 1 week, but throwing in his personal life should have no relevance to the case. True, he could walk away from the case. But he's probably their corporate atty and who wants to be unemployed in this economy?? All I'm saying is - its probably AA that is acting stupid here. Be easy on the attorney!
