I think 23 sounds “barely legal” only because it’s being compared to JA who is 40 (in other words, a big age difference between the ex and the supposedly new girlfriend).
Either way, it is insulting to BOTH women…to all women, in fact.
Why is every tabloid/media what-not harping on the fact that Jen is 40??? So what???

This type of girl (her age, job etc) seem more like Mayerdouches style/type.

This story make me even more convinced that the theories that the Jen/John hook up thing was a contracted ‘relationship’, especially when he took her to the Oscars. That or they were (or he was) just using each other for the publicity. Their relationship never seemed like a real one to me, together they just seemed off somehow.

Anyway best of luck to Scheana Marie Jancan, she’s going to need it with him.

The 23-30 age thing is not that big of a deal, depending on the couple. Some are way too different, while others are more alike in nature and maturity levels.

But sadly, John Mayer has been acting like a douche in public for so long that he seems to believe his own verbal manure. He was actually pretty funny when he did a skit on the Chappelle Show, but that was mostly with Dave talking and him just playing the guitar. He’s not too bad to look at and should shut up and do what he does best–play the music. And his singing is kind of mediocre…not super but not THAT bad, kind of bland. I don’t know who hands out Grammy’s but I think they don’t have that much cache these days.

So John Mayer goes around shooting his mouth off about women who date him and then more come along and fall all over themselves for him? Tell me it’s not obvious that this little girl is out for the promise of free media exposure and all the gossip about certain man parts.
