I genuinely find Irina Shayk to be one of the most beautiful models around. My favorite is still Doutzen Kroes, but I really like Irina’s “look.” But not here. This just goes to show you: you can be arguably one of the most beautiful women in the world, and there are still looks and hair colors that you can’t pull off. Irina Shayk can’t pull off blonde. Now we know. Irina posted the above photo to her social media, writing: “Who said I can’t be blonde?” I DO. I say you shouldn’t be blonde, not that you can’t.
Irina tagged the photo with Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott’s names, so I’m assuming this is for a magazine editorial, or possibly an ad campaign. In other words, it’s likely temporary and she’ll be brunette again in no time. I’m sure some of you will even theorize that it’s a wig, but I really don’t think so? I’ve been fooled before though, so who knows?
Meanwhile, Irina is still going strong with Bradley Cooper, despite the now monthly tabloid reports of an impending split. They were out in NYC just a few days ago, holding hands – go here to see the photos. Meanwhile, did anyone else read Lainey’s blind item last week and immediately think of B-Coop and Irina? You can read the full blind item here, but I thought the second guy was B-Coop, the part about a guy paying his girlfriend a million dollars a month to be his official.

I remember some fashion magazine ran a photo of her when she was quite young and her lips are naturally very big (probably one of the few, like Angelina Jolie, that naturally come by that look)……so it’s bizarre that she uses lipstick/lip liner to make them look unnaturally large imo

it’s the lip liner. She’s always had that huge top lip and made the unfortunate decision to pair it with a makeup style she REALLY doesn’t need.
And the lips are natural, unless she was having lip fillers years before she even started modelling at age 18 (from all accounts, her family was too poor to afford any such procedure):

Her lips are naturally super full, there are old pics of her as a child/in her teen model days on The Fashion Spot and she has the same mouth.
I don’t know why she did this to herself, that Kardashian kid pays to inject fillers in her lips to look like Irina naturally does but to see a woman who actually has that feature pile on the ugly outline lip, is ridiculous.
Your lips get thinner as you age not bigger so yes she had huge lips as kid, still has full lips but these look disgusting. I have no doubt she uses or will use filler to keep them extremely full well into old age.
@Hadleyb- she’s not even 30 years old, it’s several years too soon to be seeing lip shrinking.
And women with lips that full remain full-lipped even when they head into middle/old age, lips thinning a little at that size doesn’t mean they actually become thin/average sized! (source: comparison of old and current pics of my very full-lipped and filler-free mother)

Dunno about the blind, but shady rumors have followed B Coop around for a long, long time, dating back to that abrupt marriage to Jennifer Esposito. I have a hard time believing Cooper has that much cash on hand, but I have no doubt that there’s an expectation that whomever Irina is with takes care of her.
That is one the worst “transformations” I have ever seen. She looks……..cheap. And I know she’s actually the opposite. Awful look.
She used to look pretty with the dark hair and natural full lips. Now she looks cheap with that open mouth pose and fake blonde hair.
1 million per month is an INSANE amount of money.
However, Bradley is one of the highest-paid star in Hollywood, has several lucrative contracts with different products/brands and I can imagine he gets paid an average of +20 million dollar per movie. So he could definitely afford to pay that sum (that doesn’t make it any less crazy, because seriously??).
I am 100% on board with the gay rumors. His relationships have been very shady and totally random lately (Suki Waterhouse, Irina). Plus, I am pretty sure that Irina had already gained the title of “better-paid beard ever” with Cristiano Ronaldo. Everything about these relationships scream “fake”: the photo-ops, the contrived smiles, the awkward poses and kisses..

I think she looks great 😍 Of course she looks best with darker hair but everybody likes a change every now and then, no biggie.
I honestly don’t think she’s overdrawing her lips… I just think she has full lips and they look even fuller with liner and lipstick. That happens to most people with full lips, right?

She is definitely overdrawing them in the blond selfie though. The extra dark line right under her nose is one clue. I don’t have a problem with it, though she doesn’t need it. She really is a beautiful woman – I prefer the dark hair because it is such a great contrast to her eyes.
If you look closely at her lips you can see the darker thick line is above and below her natural lip line. It’s baffling because she already has natural nice plump lips.

I like her with dark hair too, much better in my opinion. But she’s still completely gorgeous either way, but the lips are a, no too weird. Can you explain why having big lips is a thing I do really understand makeup and cosmetic stuff like that since I don’t wear it.
Crumpet: Yes she has dark features so of course she looks best with dark hair. But a change of hair color isn’t that big of a deal and she can go back to dark hair whenever she chooses. I think I just like it when people try new things.
Oli, I don’t find big lips distracting and I wouldn’t say they’re a “thing” either. Some people just naturally have them. I guess they’re just becoming more popular or desirable. Things that people used to get teased for (big lips, big butts) are becoming popular and I think it’s pretty cool.
@ almondjoy I agree with you I just think it is weird because people were saying she was drawing over them to which I think is crazy because she absolutely beautiful and doesn’t need to change anything about herself. By the way I get the big butt thing my mom has a big butt and it’s a never ending affair of creepy men staring at her and not even realizing because they’re staring so hard I’ve already dialed 9-1-1, jk I don’t call or even get out my phone but I stare at them like they’re are creeps until they realize and then those idiots go back to staring at her again. Yes the big butt thing 😩 Mine is huge and it looked even bigger as a teenager when I had a tiny waist. My dad would get so upset about men leering at me, especially because I was just a kid.

My guess is Tom Cruise with David Beckham being the sporty best friend. The link between Cruise and Coop woudl be Cameron Crowe, who directed both of them.
I agree with the guess that first guy is Cristiano Reynaldo (and Enrique Iglesias is his famous friend) and the second guy is Cooper. They both have Irina in common, hence her ending paragraph about them not being too far apart and “perhaps SOMEONE (emphasis mine) can make it happen”. Someone being Irina.

Bradley is not gay. Actor Sam Pancake, who worked with him on Kitchen Confidential, said in an interview awhile back that Bradley is straight. Since Sam is gay, I think he would know.
Someone who worked with him 10 years ago says so? Well that proves it.
Even *if* Cooper is gay, no one would publicly confirm it in an interview like that. It would cost them their own career, and it’s extremely bad form to out someone who isn’t ready to be outed like that.
