I don’t know, I heard some of that first single yesterday, and while I’m not really into country music, I think his voice could grow on me. At first I thought, ugh, but as I listened I heard some Leonard Cohen in the gravel, and Kiefer actually has nice tone. IMO, of course. 😀

Yes I want to se the Linklater film! I am from Austin and perhaps biased towards one of our local greats, but his movies are always so good and capturing the essence of a time (both personal stage of life and the era it is set). Dazed and Confused remains a favorite- the promise of summer! The naive self importance of high schoolers! The world is wide open! A wonderful movie.
Only a couple of reviews so far, but they’re all very positive!
As much as I hate the thought of another superhero film, i’m annoyed by Lainey’s dismissal of Gambit as a film. In the Xmen universe, he is as interesting as Wolverine.
