Ok, he was not an well known, high-paid model, but his career didn´t started because of Madonna, it´s not like she picked him out in the streets and decided to turn him into a model! Madonna opened the doors for an international career, that´s more than obvious! He saw an opportunity and grabbed it! I wouldn´t do any differently if you ask... talent it will only take you so far, this life is all about opportunities!
