E! News got an exclusive on Thursday about a very special Tiddles date. Apparently, after their “double date” Tuesday night at the Selena Gomez concert in Nashville, Tiddles stuck around for a second date night. This time, Tom Hiddleston and Taylor Swift went out to dinner just the two of them. You can see all of E!’s exclusive TIDDLES photos here. I wonder if they spent the entire dinner looking at Taylor’s texts and photos whilst eating a swan pastry?
Double dates are fun, but one-on-one is where the sparks can really fly! Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston might know a little something about this. Last night, the new couple went on a romantic dinner date to Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse in downtown Nashville, and E! News has exclusive photos and details from their “intimate” night out.
Taylor, 26, and Tom, 35, “seemed very comfortable with each other,” says an onlooker. Unlike the previous night of dancing at Selena Gomez’s concert alongside Taylor’s longtime BFF Abigail and her boyfriend, Wednesday night “was an intimate solo dinner date.”
The singer and Thor star were seated in a small area off to one side of the main restaurant which seemed to be more private than the general dining area. Taylor and Tom “were by themselves on the date, but surrounded by security,” says an onlooker. At the end of the evening, The lovebirds walked out of Ruth’s Chris holding hands. And, like a complete gentleman, Tom opened the car door for Taylor and made sure she got into the vehicle safely. From there, they were driven away by security.
It’s all sounding like a celebrity fairytale, isn’t it? Well, a source tells E! News Taylor was hesitant to get involved so quickly” with someone after her Calvin Harris breakup. But with Tom, “there was an immediate attraction.” Taylor “is not on rebound mode,” notes a source, “even though Tom questioned it a little when they first started talking.” Clearly, both parties involved seem to have overcome any initial reservations about this budding romance. “Tom wants to be with Taylor,” a source tells E! News, saying the new couple is “already very attached” and “text all the time.” One source tells E! News Taylor already thinks Tom could possibly be “the one, as odd as new as it sounds.”
I don’t understand the “they text all the time” thing. They haven’t even been apart in a week! Probably more. Rhode Island to New York to Nashville, for more than a week. Sure, she stepped out with friends this week (she went to the zoo), but was she texting him the entire time? Are they the sort of new-couple that needs to text when they’re in the same house? As for the visit to the steakhouse… that’s a famous steakhouse in Nashville and it’s really popular. I would imagine that Tiddles annoyed many customers when her security surrounded the table. WTF?
One more Tiddles story: Star Magazine’s sources insist that Taylor “didn’t tip the paparazzi off” for those Rhode Island photos. And if you believe that, bless you. But the source says that when Taylor noticed she was being photographed, “she certainly put on a show for them.” And why was that? Because, sources allege, she “knew Calvin had cheated” and she wanted to make him jealous. And while Taylor thinks Tom is THE ONE, sources tell Star that Tom is a “total player” and that he won’t “stick around for too long.”

I wandered over to a few Swift Tumblr sites last night while waiting for Brexit results, and they were all so invested in this coupling – definitely #teamtruelove. They were so sincere they almost had me convinced it’s a forever kind of love.

So I live here in Nashville, down in the 12south area…about 5 minutes from all these places they are at. And I can tell you that Nashville does NOT have paps just sitting around. That is why celebs like it here. So the fact they were photographed so much means someone tipped them off.

I think the window pictures were a separate date? Ruth’s Chris was dinner, no pics were taken inside. They were spotted with another couple through a window, but I think that was a separate meal. As I’m typing this I’m realizing I’m way too invested in this.
EDIT: Oh, maybe I’m thinking of yet another date. So many dates to keep track of. Just saw those pics of them holding hands up in front of the window. What on earth are they doing?!? Its the place your parents take you when they come to town before you get acclimated to the amazing food Nashville has to offer. It is a chain but it is very fancy by American standards and it is at least x10 more expensive than RubyTuesdays/ Chilis/ Fridays etc. This is where people go once -twice a year for a “nice dinner” for a special occasion.
