Britney Spears life could actually make for an interesting movie. Probably not this Lifetime biopic, but someday they could easily make a full length movie. Just her breakdown and the rebuilding of her life and career after would be great material. Think of how many 30 somethings grew up idolizing her, done well a film could be huge.

Only if they spill all the juicy details and tell us what REALLY went on behind the scenes. I don’t think they will do that because they don’t want to make her look bad.

      • La Ti Da says:

Thats usually the case though. Rarely do the subjects themselves collaborate with the production. Though if given a decade or two, there would be less secrecy around the event.

All I want is the Justin/Britney post-breakup dance off, and I can die happy.

    • Wiffie says:

Anna Faris NEEDS to play her!

    I’m stoked for it.

God they are really pushing her on us aren’t they? They really want her new album to be huge hit it seems and are trying anything and everything to make that happen. The days of relying solely on talent are long gone. Here’s an idea Brit, try singing LIVE if you really want to shock us and get us talking lol !

I read Britney wants nothing to do with this movie. I think they should leave her alone.

    • Jenna says:

      LEAVE BRITNEY ALONE!!!

It seems like more manipulation of a person who is likely still fragile. I find this project to reek of money grubbing at the expense of a still young woman who needs less exposure and less public scrutiny.

I’m actually surprised this idea wasn’t put out there sooner.

Tic toc….there are only so many working years left and need to rake in as much cash as possible for the golden years back in Kentwood with next hubby and more tots, both of which she has said she wants to happen. One would hope that she does not aspire to at the Apocalypse with Cher, Cindy Lauper and the roaches.

I wonder how on board she really is with this. I don’t even think about Justin or KFed. I think about that Sam guy who was controlling her by keeping her drugged and foggy. I’m sure she doesn’t want to be reminded or have to relive that part of her life. It might be interesting to see, but not at her expense. Besides, LifeTime? Those movies are so bad, horrible actors/actresses. Only C/D listers apply, so who would that be? Tara Ried or someone of that caliber? Thanks, but no thanks.

    • norah says:

she has said that she isnt on board with this movie and has no plans on co operating with the movie.

  8. mbg says:

why watch a lifetime bio pic when you can find her reality show with k-fed on youtube? now thats entertainment!

That xojane article…. What? Has the author never seen sport before? The Olympics wasn’t celebrating body diversity, it was giving the athletes the opportunity to succeed in the sport their body type was best suited for; same as it always does.
