HL: Taylor Swift wants her next boyfriend to be more ‘secretive’ than Hiddles

FFN_Stars_BMI_AFP_051116_52050852

Tom Hiddleston and Taylor Swift broke up in the first week of September. Since then, Tom has flirted with and twirled Priyanka Chopra, and perhaps gotten Priyanka’s digits. But what of Tay-Tay? Is she just happily single and doing the Girl Squad thing these days? Taylor has a mixed history with post-breakups. Sometimes she moves on right away (like her jump from Calvin Harris to Hiddles) and sometimes she’s single for a while after a breakup, like she was post-Harry Styles. So what’s her headspace these days? Is she looking for the next big romance? Does she want something bigger than The Worldwide Tiddlebanging Adventure? Hollywood Life (side-eye) says she wants something more low-key now.

Lesson learned! Taylor Swift hopped from one high-profile romance to the next and in the process got totally burned when her relationship with Tom Hiddleston suddenly flamed out. HollywoodLife.com has learned EXCLUSIVELY that the singer is now going to be much more on the down-low when it comes to who she dates!

“She is not avoiding dating nor is she actively looking for a boyfriend, but she definitely wants to make sure the next person she dates can be a little more secretive about the relationship and she is looking to do the same,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. That would definitely scratch her ex-Tom Hiddleston, 35, off the list as he seemed to drink in the attention and fame that came with dating Tay. They were photographed nonstop as they trotted around the globe before the singer pulled the plug on their romance after it became too high-profile.

“She wants things to be less public, she is not looking to be the next Bennifer or Brangelina,” our insider adds. Tay was definitely stepping into that territory as she and Tom landed their very own shipper’s name Hiddleswift as soon as the news broke that they were an item. For awhile there it seemed like Taylor couldn’t have been happier being by his side as THE most photographed couple of the summer. But oh how quickly she changed her mind.

[From Hollywood Life]

I think it would be great if Taylor dated someone non-famous, someone more low-key, someone who wasn’t all about the drama. But without the fame and drama, what’s the point of Taylor Swift? It’s part of her public persona, her brand, at this point: she’s the girl who gets in these high-profile relationships and then writes music about the guys. That being said, the Tiddlebanging was a completely new phenomenon for her and I still don’t know if she feels “burned” by it or if this is her new M.O. Like, does she want to repeat the experience or nah?

    She got jokes, that one.

    • Angel says:

ANYTHING would be more secretive. It also would have been much more intriguing and interesting if they had just been snapped at a few intimate dinners…the “are they or aren’t they” would have kept people guessing.

    • Nicole says:

She really does. Taylor wouldn’t know how to be secretive if it walked up and bit her. Her whole life is blind items and parading her bfs around so she can pretend she’s cool because she can bag the hottest guys. Too bad they all run from her in a couple of months.
Did Taylor forget that we all have her number now or…?

  2. MI6 says:

…Maybe she should get into comedy. Her voice is pretty funny.

  3. lightpurple says:

So, she won’t alert the paparazzi she has on retainer to her next adventure in rock sitting on a remote beach in an area not known for celebrities and where her new boyfriend has never been or hand them her travel itinerary for her next European jaunt or bring them along with her to visit the boyfriend’s mom? Got it.

    • Bonzo says:

Yeah, she made sure the international “We’re Really, Really in Love” Promotional Tour got the headlines they were BOTH wanting.

    • Exactly this. Sorry Taylor, we’re still not buying it. She and her PR machine are INCAPABLE of shunning the spotlight. While Hiddles may have been thirsty, the Great Tiddlebanging of 2016 was WAY more her speed than his. Honey please. Stop with the planted “he was too thirsty” leaks to the entertainment press. Nobody cares, and you’re embarrassing yourself.

  4. trollontheloose says:

i think she won’t date for a long time. It’s all about rebuilding her brand and the personae toward her fans base. she might even tried to rekindle some sort of relationship with Calvin because at the end people think she left him to get a higher status by being Hiddlestoned. she will use every venue in term of music to spread glitters left and right until her fans are left back in the Swifterland hole.

    • Angel says:

Even though she broke up with Calvin, she made it sound like it was his fault or he was so awful to her…the public smearing she does of others I think is even worse than sneaking around with someone else. You can end a relationship, but you don’t have to badmouth them to everyone…her exes have shown remarkable restraint and class

      • trollontheloose says:

yes she played him but after Tiddles split she kind of reach out to him. She is very strategic. she is changing her game so it’s not that obvious of how manipulative she is. her legal team and PR team must have been working overtime to make some changes …

    • imqrious2 says:

Well, let’s be honest here. Calvin came out and said she wasn’t sexually attractive to him anymore, as well as some other unkind things, as well as being photographed coming out of a massage parlor… Look, I have no dog in this fight, and am not a “fan” of either, but neither one has “clean” hands in the breakup.

  5. DahliaDee says:

As the great Lin Manuel Miranda would say, “Man, keep ranting/ We know who’s really doing the planting”. Fit for this context as well.

    • KJ says:

+1000 for the excellent Hamilton quote!

So Taylor and her people expect us to believe she was an unwilling participant in the Hiddleswift media circus, just along for the ride? Mmmmkay.

      • lightpurple says:

Because he was so very familiar with the beach rocks and restaurants serving pastry swans in the Watch Hill section of Westerly, RI.

    • Tough Cookie says:

      I bow to thee, DahliaDee…

  6. QueenB says:

she pretty much already is through with everthing you can do to sell a relationship for publicity, except for marriage and children of course. so the logical next step to not be caught in her “dates men for songs” trap forever would be to date someone unknown. she pretty much cant date another famous pretty boy without people mocking her, she has done it too often and it was always way too obvious.

someone low key makes sense for celebs who want to be left alone but only on first sight. its only good for the celeb. the unknown person will be dragged through the media and i think thats unfair. super famous people should not date people who are not famous.
i would not wish for a regular guy to be Taylor Swifts boyfriend and every crap that comes with that. And how could a regular guy fight back against that? specifically if Taylor dumps him and smears him in the press.

  7. Louise177 says:

When it comes to gossip HL knows nothing. The National Enquire is more reliable which says something. It’s obvious considering that they think Taylor wants to be low key. She’s never been low key. She was front and center with Tom not a victim. Besides if she wanted to be secretive she wouldn’t only date celebrities.

  8. squeezeo'lime says:

    Lulz.

  9. RussianBlueCat says:

With most other candid photos of celebrities a person can tell that the celebrity was unaware of being photographed or in a secluded location.
When Taylor was dating Tom( actually most of her ex’s ) the photos looked like a still from a Hallmark movie or a Ralph Lauren fashion shoot, which makes many think she had a photographer on her payroll taking the pics.
Taylor loves the attention and there is nothing wrong with that. She just has to tone it down a bit with the next guy she dates. If other celebrities ( famous or more famous than Taylor )can get married, have children without being on the cover of a magazine every week, Taylor can find a way to date without it becoming a three ring circus.

  10. frisbee says:

Her fans might buy it, her tweener base isn’t too analytical, anybody ambivalent will stay ambivalent, those who hate her will despise her more for insulting their intelligence by suggesting it was all Tom Hiddleston’s idea, they know it wasn’t, they know the PR campaign/Great Tiddlesbanging was driven by her and he went along with it. No change at all really then…

  11. als says:

Last night in Austin she sang This is what you came for for the Formula 1 crowd.
She sang it at a piano and sounded pretty good.
Calvin must be furious. A man that refused to let Rita Ora to sing his songs after the break up has no control over his ex.

    • Original T.C. says:

I’m pretty sure she and Calvin signed papers, after she ditched Tom, allowing her the right to sing the song whenever she wants. Swifty doesn’t do anything without her lawyers’ checking first and she plans every “spontaneous” event and/or relationship.

She will always have her relationships on full display so she can reference the pap shots in her music. It makes it easier for her fans to relate to her music and feel part of it. It’s her M.O. unique to her.

      • Bridget says:

There’s no way Taylor’s team didn’t immediately hash out rights and ownership of the song when it was made, I can’t imagine that they waited until after a breakup. Though didn’t she have something like 75% of the writing credit? Wouldn’t that mean he’d need her permission to play it?

    • dodgy says:

To be fair Swift wrote the song, so it’s hers. Rita Ora has never written or had a hand in building anything music wise.

      • Gena says:

She didn’t write it by herself. She wrote like, tiny parts of it like she does with all of her songs. And Rita actually does write a lot of her own music and has some vocal ability but no rich daddy.

      • Bonzo says:

Exactly. If she has a songwriting credit than she can perform it whenever she wants.

      • lightpurple says:

@Gena, it turned out, as Eppie Calvin grudgingly admitted piece by piece, that she wrote both the lyrics and the melody, which is pretty much most of it. His part would have been the arrangement, it would seem.

And as Bonzo points out, she has a songwriting credit and can perform it whenever and however she wants.

    • Gena says:

Jesus, she didn’t sound good at all. Even her fans were commenting on how bad she was. She tried to say she had a cold but that does account for ten years of awful live performances.

    • TotallyBiased says:

So which is it? She sounded pretty good, or she sounded terrible?
Two posters who seem reasonably objective say she sounded pretty good. One poster says she sounds bad. Hmmm.

  12. mimismiles says:

I saw her in concert last night at COTA. I can’t stand her, but my middle child loves her music so we braved the 80,000+ crowd to go. As much as I don’t like TS, I was expecting to see an entertaining performance. I was disappointed. I’m thinking a lot had to do with the venue, but everything seemed just ok, middle of the road, very vanilla. I don’t like it when performers talk to their audience and give them cues for responses. But she didn’t disappoint the masses so most people went away happy. She did sing “This is What You Came For”, and it sounded really good. She played piano while singing it and had minimal back-up. She made a point in saying it was the first time she had ever played it on stage.

    • Sam says:

It was definitely the venue. I saw her during the 1989 tour and she puts on a show. I heard she was also sick so maybe that had something to do with it. But I don’t know. I wasn’t there last night so I can only speak from when I saw her and she definitely gives you your money’s worth….unlike some other artists who charge more and do nothing.

      • mimismiles says:

Good to know. I think if it had been a regular concert hall or a stadium setting, there would have been more to the show. This was outdoors in a field at COTA that didn’t have much of a slope to it so it was very difficult to see. I don’t remember there even being a costume change, but maybe I missed it somehow. She does have a good voice, and her band is great. And yes, she did mention she had a cold.

  13. mridha says:

anybody heard about the tom and britney rumors? and oh he has guest appearance on netflix with GDT and he is voicing as “Lord Nooth” in early man with eddie redmayne.

    • virginfangirl says:

      What’s GDT? Thanks.

    • virginfangirl says:

Never mind: Guillermo Del Toro Trollhunters

      • lightpurple says:

I think the Trollhunters part is just a cameo as his character seems to be preparing to die in the trailer. I’m not giving anything away; just describing the trailer. It was probably a fun favor and chance to hang out with GDT for a day.

    • Miss Jupitero says:

I’m glad he has another project, but he really needs to bag something major and move on. I’m a little afraid he might be heading back into Pirate Fairy territory.

      • lightpurple says:

He has been hinting for the past year that he has a theater projected lined up but can’t announce it yet. And he’s probably in the Infinity Wars. Most of the Marvel actors seem to have not much lined up for the next year. And late February, he has Kong to promote. I think Pirate Fairy, along with the Muppets, was just a burn off of the Disney 3-project deal that came with War Horse. And Pirate Fairy had some Oscar winners in the cast. I do love that he’s doing an Aardman film. So very British. And with Eddie, the promotional tour should be fun.

      • spidey says:

        Cracking cheese Grommit!

    • inkqueen says:

this woman is weird. Tom should have left the boat earlier.

  14. Nemera77 says:

Are people over her yet.. They should be

  15. tanakalee says:

Oh, do go away you talentless little shrew. No-one sane is buying your bull.

  16. Jayna says:

This coming from the mastermind of The Tiddleston Show. LOL

  17. Eve says:

I’m almost proud to say I have never listened to any of her songs.

The only time I heard her singing was during an SNL opening monologue where she — guess what — trashed of some past boyfriends, most notably Nick Jonas, and I only know this because my niece was one their fans back then.

Anyway, Swit’s (live) singing was worse than when Madonna perfomed “Ray of Light”, along with Lenny Kravitz, at one of those MTV awards.

My roomate at the time was in the bathroom…then she came, looked at me while pointing at the tv and asked: “WHAT. THE. HELL. WAS. THAT???”. Me: “Madonna singing live, trying to reach the high notes from the song’s chorus”.

    • frisbee says:

Accidentally got ‘Shake it off’ on YouTube when listening to something else – after Etta James she sounds like a Gerbil on Helium – it was all reasonably traumatic so you’re not missing anything

      • Eve says:

        I know! But thanks anyway.

      • lightpurple says:

Proud to say that I saw the great Etta in concert and doubt I ever will see Taylor Swift perform unless she’s the middle act in a festival of some sort; at which point, I’ll go find the ladies room and concession stands.

    • Capepopsie says:

      Hi Eve!
      Totally agree.

    • frisbee says:

light purple – Etta James = Great – that’s what I call a singer, not the excessively rodenty Swifty

    • Bridget says:

Lucky. She’s heavily featured on terrestrial radio here in the US. Sometimes I’ll switch stations and she’s being played on multiple stations at the same time.

  18. krtmom says:

    Why would anybody date her?

    • Eve says:

Are you kidding? No matter how annoying she is, we’re looking at a blond, tall, pretty, well connected, filthy rich and young woman. Even *I* would date her. Wearing ridiculous tank tops and all.

*Would probably blow my brains out after 30 minutes of “Taymerica”, but still…

      • Locke Lamora says:

I think maybe if she dated someone non famous who hasn’t got much going for him so that the whole relationship can be about her, and who she can’t burn in songs it would be good. She needs a househusband.

    • frisbee says:

Profile = fame exposure/money. I felt briefly sorry for her then thinking ‘it’s a shame, how is she ever going to find somebody whose genuine and loves her for herself?’ Until common sense set in and I realised she probably doesn’t give a toss about finding somebody genuine and that she’s got enough self love to make the job redundant for anybody else.

    • Original T.C. says:

Most regular men are willing to deal with crazy to get with a young, skinny, attractive and rich woman. Some will sell their own moms for it. Hollywood men for sure; the older they get, the more they crave youth and (not to crude) tatas that still hold up to gravity. It probably makes them feel younger and virile.

But of course after a few months they can no longer ignore the crazy and will chew off limbs to escape.

    • kibbles says:

I’ve noticed that several of her rich and handsome boyfriends who are mature enough and have options jump the TayTay ship approximately three months after getting with her. They are men after all. I’m sure they were all lured in first and foremost by the fact that she’s young, thin, and blonde. She could easily have her people contact the people of a celebrity guy she is interested in. They probably don’t even know a whole lot about her (I doubt these guys are reading gossip blogs regularly), so all they see is her photo and basic profile and think that she’s hot enough to hook-up with. A few months in they realize they are in over their heads and that a relationship with her is taking a serious hit to their careers and fanbase. She does this to herself after all. She has the looks and money to keep a guy longterm if she wasn’t an immature drama queen. I don’t know if she’ll ever mature or if she’ll just marry a guy who isn’t famous and would be willing to put up with her for a life of luxury. Isn’t that what a lot of these celebrity women do? I’m thinking of AnnE Hathaway and her husband.

      • Bridget says:

Lets discount the ones who she was way too young to date (Mayer & Gylenhaal), and the ones that were too young themselves for it to be a ‘real’ relationship (Styles & the Schwarzenegger kid), and you’re really just left with Harris and Hiddleston. She’s old enough to be considered a responsible adult now, but I can’t begrudge anyone being an idiot when it comes to relationships in their late teens/early 20s.

      • kibbles says:

Harris was the only real long-term relationship she seems to have had in her adult life. The other ones (Hiddleston, Mayer, Gyllenhaal) were all short-lived from what I can recall.

      • Bridget says:

But considering how young she was at the time, and how much older Mayer & Gylenhaal were, they’re the ones that get the side eye from me on that.

  19. seesittellsit says:

Tiddlebanging – burst of PR high profile romance with male; blaming “boyfriend” for all that PR – she really wanted no part of that walk with his Mum and niece on their family estate in her authentic Wellies, and she would rather have had pencils stuck in her eyes than be photo’d sitting on his lap on her own front porch – she can’t afford enough security to keep those paps far enough away . . . Check. Sighs with relief – now back to the “Girl Squad”. Tay-tay, how long do you really think you can keep that charade up?

Hiddles, that goes double for you.

  20. Eve says:

    *waving everybody goodbye*

Enjoy your Sunday (and The Silence, by Depeche Mode), girls.

    • lightpurple says:

      *waving back*

Don’t stay gone too long, Eve.

      • Eve says:

It’s a temporary thing, I think/hope (sorry, haters!). I’m entering one of those “phases” (my depression doesn’t like being ignored).

Already asked my sister to schedule an appointment with my psychiatrist — there are things I can only tell him (and T.Fanty — it’s a good thing I’m not famous, because the amount of sh*t T.Fanty has on me she could write one of those tell all books).

P.S.: I was searching through the archives to find the last time I had said one of these “goodbyes” (and not just bye for now) and it happened on a Taylor Swift post, too. My life is a poorly written dramedy.

      • frisbee says:

All the best Evie – will miss you – get back as soon as you can but never forget – this is only a bloody blog!

      • lightpurple says:

Glad you are going to see the doctor again. Be well, Eve, and if T.Fanty starts to divulge, will put fingers in our ears and pull out the shanks in your honor. But she won’t.

      • Eve says:

Thank you. And this time, it’s for good.

Bye, guys. We’ve had a good run.

      • Miss Jupitero says:

        Hugs to you Eve!

    • Poisonous Lookalike says:

All the best to you, Eve. I’d been a longtime lurker before finally posting here, and really enjoyed your contributions.

    • Karina says:

      Take care, Eve.

    • Bonzo says:

Be good to yourself, Eve. Hope to see you again soon and feeling better. Hugs!

    • I Choose Me says:

Take care of yourself Eve. *muah*

  21. Sam says:

She’s been spending a lot of her time lately in NYC with Cara and heading to Bedord NY to spend time with Ryan and Blake. It’s crazy how the former is out in the open for everyone to see and the latter is more low key…..what I’m trying to say is if Taylor wants low key, she can have it…as evident by her going up to Bedford for days at a time without a single photo op, Instagram post etc. Or even going to her house in Rhode Island. The problem is, Taylor can’t live completely without the flashing lights hence the photo ops with Cara and her friends the last several weeks and her “sources” leaking stories as to where she’s been. So a low key relationship is not going to happen with this one simply because when she can hide away, she has chosen not to.

  22. Brittney B. says:

Maybe she’s already keeping it low key right in front of us… she’s been hanging out with Cara more often these days.

  23. Max says:

When I read this article I was reminded of this from the movie Truth or Dare-Warren Beatty: [after Madonna declines to talk to her doctor off-camera] She doesn’t want to live off-camera, much less talk. There’s nothing to say off-camera. Why would you say something if it’s off-camera? What point is there existing?
That is Taylor and her life.Where would she be if we weren’t all here to validate her existence? To “envy” the sheer joy of actually being Taylor…. SWOON? To hold our breath with each and ever new boyfriend, new conquest and the inevitable heartbreak when she and it is only ever Taylor who ends these relationships. Cry for poor Tay Tay. Admire how brave she is through her tears. Ponder why there is no true god-like man to be with her goddess self. Praps it is because real liofe does not involve man reading from and acting out her scripts. Sorry, Tay Tay, you can’t stage your life anymore than Madonna staged hers. It is all rather sad and very pathetic.

  24. JustJen says:

I love her hair, a little blonder, a little shorter, kind of edgy. That dress is fabulous. Honestly, I think Tom was much less exciting than she thought he would be. She was setting up all the parties and stuff and he was along for the ride. I think she wants to be wooed. I would have thought he was up to that, but apparently not.

    • virginfangirl says:

I see her fun times as immature. Pics of puckered lips, screaming fun. Taylor’s 2 friends posted a video where they were at Taylor’s apartment and it went like this: Friend 1 pulling down her shirt to expose her sports bra and saying something like “Here’s my sports bra and and my boob job”. Friend 2 putting her face near Friend 1’s boob and pretending to lick it. Can you see Tom hanging out with that crowd, because I can’t.

It comes a time when your fun times no longer involve acting like a teenager. Her actions and those of the company she keeps could be viewed as emotionally stunted.

      • Erinn says:

Unfortunately, there’s a lot of people in their 20’s and 30’s… and 40’s and 50’s and so on that act like that. I know plenty of women who have kids my age that act more immature than I do.

And yes, I can see Tom hanging out with that crowd -because honestly. I don’t take him seriously at all. He’s most interested in being ‘on’ all the time. So as long as he’s getting a decent amount of attention- I think he’d be okay with it. I’m also willing to guess that a lot of celebrities – probably most – are not paragons of maturity. They’re all stunted to some degree- and they all gobble up the attention they can get.

      • JustJen says:

This is actually to Erinn- I know what you speak of!!! I have a 13 yr old daughter, and I see more middle aged moms wearing the campus stuff from Pink than I do teenagers. No 40 year old woman should be wearing yoga pants with PINK across the butt, IMO.

    • lightpurple says:

Well, he did have to , you know, work in Australia.

  25. Cecilia says:

Now we know for sure that Taylor Swift is voting for Donald.

  26. AtlLady says:

From the beginning, Taylor has reminded me of the leader of the “mean” girls clique in middle school, acting like she is better than everyone else. Maybe she and her pack of female friends need to hook up with Leo and his pussy posse. With their combined lack of maturity and shallowness, it should be a match made in heaven. Put the whole bunch of them on a yacht and hope it hits an iceberg.

    • Miss M says:

Please, gossip Gods, let this happen!

She is so calculating and manipulative that methinks she wanted to be single for her concert during the F1 Grand prix in Austin. I, for one, am happy Jenson Button has a girlfriend and she is not TS.

    • LeAnn Stinks says:

LOL!!! Your last line was too funny.

In Leo’s defense (I cannot believe I am typing these words), at least, he has talent. Swifty, not so much.

    • lightpurple says:

And Tobey is newly free so that adds one back into the immature posse.

  27. Marika says:

Yesterday I read an US Weekly article which let the people know that during her NY stay Taylor visited Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds in their home. I believe her team were the “sources” and that’s the kind of thing I find off putting about Taylor.

Why was there the need to put that info out there? Couldn’t she just visit a famous friend without advertising it.

But there are times I wonder if it’s her or her team making these PR choices.

    • Sam says:

Of course it was her and her team who leaked the story. It certainly wasn’t Ryan or Blake considering we never ever hear about them unless they’re on the promo trail.

She’s also the one who had her sources leak that she visited Blake at the hospital and thus people knew Blake had her baby. That’s the way Taylor rolls.

But it also makes me wonder why the sudden attachment to the Reynolds…

  28. Blah says:

Then shouldn’t she be more secretive?

  29. Lightpurple says:

    Hi there, second lightpurple!

For the record, I never said I liked her, never pretended to like her, and don’t care who he dates. Never have. You have a nice evening.

  30. EP says:

    Assuming she gets another boyfriend.

  31. it’s a new opportunity for Taylor

  32. A says:

I have genuinely stopped understanding Taylor Swift’s PR schtick these days. Did anyone still genuinely believe in her apple pie, wholesome young girl next door image, even before the Kanye-Swifty-Kim debacle? She’s always come off as incredibly manipulative to me, and it’s so surprising that she can find a steady chain of boyfriends to blow through at the rate that she does, even this far in the game, when her entire artistic oeuvre is relatively established as an elaborate way to air her dirty laundry in public.

Now, I’m not surprised that she’s looking for something more secretive and low-key though. I also wouldn’t be surprised if it’s genuinely out of a desire for a relationship that’s emotionally fulfilling on some level. But I doubt it’s something she’ll pursue long term. And let’s be real, she has a ton of good press to gain from all of this. We’ve only just covered the stormy portion of her feud here. She’s still got tons of material to exploit regarding her comeback arc, and what better way to do it than by going for the whole, “emotional maturity gained from difficult experiences,” angle?

@mridha oops my previous comment wasn’t a reply to yours.
Anyway the britney tom rumor – I am not sure. I heard about it but GC denounced it to be false.

And I am exited about “early man”. he plays the antagonist lord nooth- a ridiculously pompous money loving tyrant. Though it will come out in 2018, he recently posted it on instagram.

Looking at his recent PR pics compared to hers. Taylor with puckered lips in crammed elevator of friends, Taylor at a party with a sultry look on her face posed with various men, one where she has a $2 bill sticking out from the top of her halter top. And then some about her work, posing with fans with a nice smile (which I’m sure cost a hefty price of a meet & greet ticket) after her F1 show or pics of her performing.
Tom’s PR: papped eating alone at restaurant, pic of Tom posing with friends at showing of his friends movie Doctor Strange with a genuine smile on his face, post for his work for the voice of a new animation movie he’s working on, or with fans that seemed to find him out and about (but they did not have to pay for the pleasure of a pic with him).
So I’d say she is the one behind the PR saturation & posed pics to represent an image, and he was fool enough to go along with it.

Actually, you are completely wrong Taylor never charges for meet & greets. Her team or Mom pick random fans from the shows to meet her afterwards. That’s why her fans go all in crazy clothes trying to get notice.

He was her lapdog. if she wants secrecy, then she needs to keep it low key

This young woman shouldn’t be a singer, she should be a stand-up comedy girl.. The hilarious things she says…
    That’s all I have to say, folks…

But, isn’t it a mixed bag either way for her? If she dates a “regular” person, people accuse him of being a Federloaner, a la Eric Johnson. If she dates someone famous, she loves the drama. Wealthy celeb women really can’t win for losing these days.

    • Kate says:

She could be far more private than she is. There are plenty of high powered celebs who manage to keep some things to themselves. She doesn’t even try.
