Motherhood does change people, but I think toting around an adorable child has a "halo effect" for women (I just made that up). In other words, instead of being slammed for narcissism and anorexia when she only toted around her own skinny ass, now that she totes around Harlow, she gets societal approval for a "revered" feminine role. Mind you, no one knows what kind of mother she really is, but being paired with a small, cute kid constantly has upgraded her reputation.
