Yankees player Alex Rodriguez, 33, and actress Kate Hudson, 30, were last linked back in January when they were spotted on a dinner date and out a bar together. Kate’s rep countered that they were with a group of friends at the time. It looks like the two may be finishing what they started as they were seen making out in the back room at a club on Friday night and together outside Rodriguez’s apartment over the weekend. Someone had a sleepover:
The blond, Los Angeles-born actress — who met A-Rod at the reopening of the Fontainebleau hotel in Miami Beach last November — was photographed at Friday’s game, cheering on the Bronx Bombers at the new Yankee Stadium.
But the real action came later that night at Mustang Grill on Second Avenue. Our source said a bartender at the Southwestern joint at 85th Street “was asking patrons not to go in the back room around 1 a.m. because A-Rod and Kate Hudson were back there making out.”
One staffer at the restaurant confirmed to Page Six the two were there celebrating the Yanks’ win against the Minnesota Twins.
“Yes, they were here together,” the server told us, although she did not witness any lip-lock herself.
Another source said the two were spotted over the weekend outside the glamorous 15 Central Park West, where A-Rod rents an apartment.

Doesn’t it seem like Kate Hudson has piss poor taste in men? She was rumored to be back with Owen Wilson for a while, and he’s not the worst choice, but he also seems like a player. Lance Armstrong is just not ready to settle down, and he pretty much proved it by breaking up with her just a few months after the two went public with their relationship last year at Cannes. It seems like Kate is the type of woman who kind of throws herself into a relationship and doesn’t stop to think if the guy is the right choice for her. Rodriguez is probably into her at this point, but how long until he jets? She deserves a guy who is going to treat her decently, not these high profile douches who are known for scoring wherever they can get some.

I like Kate. I think she is pretty and has a cute personality. I do not like how quickly she brings her son around all the different guys, and she does seem to fall quickly, but that is her business. I think Owen is totally cute and I thought they were a good match. Although, she seriously needs to cut her sons hair. People seriously underate the cuteness of a short spikey style on boys. Her son would look so much more adorable with one. I really do not understand the long hair on little boys thing some parents do.

Kate is enjoying her single time again after being married for so long. Yes, she has a son, but I don’t think her mothering is any worse for having an active sexual life. A-Rod may be all the things people say in these posts, but the man is hot, and if Kate chooses to date him, I hope she doesn’t get emotionally involved. He’s as immature as they come so if the expectations are not too high (as in any emotional commitment) then she can have a good time with him.

Sure, she has a right to her choices; no question. But that doesn’t mean that we all have some obligation to approve of those choices or agree with them. Face it; she has turned herself into pretty much the pass-around girl at every party anymore. She has an absolute right to be a slut; but we have every right to disapprove of her choice to be a slut.

I think the only common denominator in Kate Hudson’s relationships and their mishaps is Kate herself. Maybe it’s not the guys that are douchey per se but Kate. Maybe she’s just plying the field with the so called players. Don’t hate the player so they say. Why does no one seem to get that she may be the ultimate player.
