It was a picture from what looked like the window of his hospital room (he was lying in bed with tubes and such). Nothing has shocked or disgusted me more than that (by the tabloids)...I mean, for sweet pity's sake there should be SOME level of decency even those vultures won't cross!! If they can take a picture of a man, paralysed in the hospital, they will do anything to anyone. I wish everyone had been as horrified by I was by the pictures of Christopher Reeves and put the NE out of business. (just to add, I saw the pics on the newstand...definately did not buy the rag!)
