While he might have his hair coloured for a movie role (or, heck, even himself!), he has never struck me as the Hollywood-vain type who so desperately needs to look and feel younger than his years that he's rushing out for botox shots, a plastic surgeon and a twenty-year-younger girlfriend. I admire JD not simply because of his talent (and he has serious talent, unlike a lot of one-note actors out there), but because after a somewhat wild youth he seems to be exceedingly in touch with who he is and what is important to him--his family, a life he enjoys and a level of fame he can live with.
