Ever since Irina Shayk and Bradley Cooper got together, I always make this face when I read stories about how they’re so in love, and how his mom Gloria adores Irina, and how the baby they just had is more evidence of their love. It’s not that I think Irina and B-Coop are the shadiest couple to ever exist, it’s just that they still – TO THIS DAY – confuse the hell out of me. I honestly don’t know who is buying this narrative that they’re pushing, but sure. For the sake of baby Lea, let’s say that Irina and Bradley are the most normal couple ever and we needed an update on how they’ve gotten “even closer” since the baby was born.
While Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk have been physically away from each other recently due to work, their relationship have gotten stronger since the birth of their child. E! News learned in April that the actor’s girlfriend and Victoria’s Secret model gave birth to daughter Lea, their first baby. In recent weeks, Cooper has been in Los Angeles filming his remake of the film A Star Is Born, his directorial debut that stars Lady Gaga, while Shayk recently made her red carpet return, at the 2017 Cannes Film Festival.
“Irina and the baby are doing wonderful. She has her mom in town since the baby was born helping her out. Bradley is in touch with Irina numerous times a day,” a source told E! News exclusively. “It’s hard for him to be apart from his new baby when he has to work. They FaceTime all the time when Bradley can’t be there and working his crazy hours. Bradley and Irina as a couple are doing really good and have gotten even closer since the baby was born,” the source added. “More kids would likely be in the future. They are in love with Lea.”
Cooper and Shayk have not showcased any photos of their child. The actor was asked about Lea on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in May but offered no information about the baby. Lea, the source said, is a “very happy baby” and “is also so beautiful, definitely has her mom’s model genes.”
“Only a limited number of people have seen the baby,” the source added. “They want to protect her as much as they can from the media.”
I remember, over the past year, it felt at times like Irina was the one who wanted us to know certain things about her relationship with B-Coop. I still don’t know. I always figured that the whole point of this was for Bradley’s image, and that his people were the ones pushing the story. But… considering Bradley’s sister tweeted out something about how she didn’t know anything about Irina’s pregnancy – when Irina “confirmed” it late last year – I definitely think that Irina runs her own publicity, to a certain extent. All of which is my long way of asking: does Irina think this makes them sound like a totally normal couple? That they’ve gotten so much closer… except for the fact that he’s been working non-stop and he only FaceTimes with her a few times a day, in between work. But so much closer, you guys! Maybe I’m totally overanalyzing it. But this E! story is just… odd.

It’s just weird that she seems to do most of the promoting of the relationship, from the (engagement?) ring that she keeps wearing to the articles that came out during the pregnancy and now that totally sound like they are coming from her side.
I’ve always thought that BCoop hides something. Between his short marriage to Jennifer Esposito and Lainey’s blinds.. anyway they should go out with the fake baby from American Sniper to dispel any rumors 😂
They pap strolled this weekend with the baby, and all you could see was the hand. I swear first thing I thought of was the fake baby from AS, because yes, I am an asshole.

This relationship also confuses the hell out of me, I don’t buy the stories about the baby not being his though. Why would he go out of his way to pretend otherwise, image or no image? I’ve been aware of Irina since her CR7 days and that relationship was strange too. I’m aware of some of the stories out there about Cooper from comments on this site, but I don’t believe everything I read online.Even if they are true, why would both of them go to such lengths? I think she’s pretty & has a decent career as a model but who really cares that much about either of them that they would pull such stunts. IDK!
Hollyweird makes no sense to me, why would people go to such lengths just to live a life of lies and subterfuge. It must be exhausting.
I don’t think they’re a real couple. But then again, I never thought Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes were are real couple either and here they are years later still together with two babies, so what do I know?
I hope whatever the situation is with them that they’re happy but he is so very very very gay.

To me, they oversell and overexplain this relationship too much (and have from the beginning) and that’s why it never comes across as genuine.

They were just seen walking Lea just a couple of days ago. IDK if the relationship is fake but to have a kid is pretty huge. I know Bradley has said he wanted kids for the longest. HE lowkey wanted kids with Suki but she used him and kept moving. Why do you make Irena sing like the crazy one. Do you not think this is helping Bradley’s image? Wholesome, hard working father with a beautiful supermodel wife/fiancé.
