Add to this reality the fact that adults smoke, overeat, gamble and break numerous laws, the question remains: why is this important and why does adult thumb sucking generate sometimes ludicrous conclusions? Go to twitter and search the term thumb sucking and I'll guarantee that you'll find numerous references to adults caught in the act, sometimes not carry and doing so publicly. People, accept it, it's OK, doesn't interfer with anything and may be much better than some alternatives.
