Are you sure that’s what he said? I would have thought it was “…dropped Spencer BECAUSE HE IS a bag of dirt.”

That is, of course, quite an insult to bags of dirt worldwide.

I can think of a handful or more of A list celebs and def some politicians that would need this hard hitting journalism, not these two. I just do not understand all these Roker high fives over this. So what….let’s ask Jolie why so many kids so fast. Let’s ask Barry WTF happened to all his campaign promises, but hard hitting w/these two, come f**king on.

I’ve said it once, and I’ll say it again- Al has easily one of the hardest jobs in all of television. While a glib Matt Lauer and campy Merideth Viera discuss the news topics of the day ranging from nukes, to mass death, destruction, tsunami’s, pervert baby killers and arsen, they then just as quickly give it the old “an now to Al for the weather”. Seriously, try and watch the Today show, on any given day, Al will have the batton passed to him after the most soul crushing of stories….at least twice!

I don’t think he was in anyway over the top in his interview of Mr & Mrs. Douchenozzle. He asked questions that reflected what people wanted to know.

Kudos to Roker!
