Did you guys know that America Ferrera, 33, was married? I completely forgot that detail about her life, probably because she’s so skilled at keeping the focus on her activism and the causes which are important to her. Well she’s married, she’s been with her husband, actor/producer Ryan Piers Williams, for 12 years and they just announced that they’re expecting their first child together! America and Ryan posted this message to Instagram with the happy news. The onesie that she’s holding up says “mas besos,” which means “more kisses” in Spanish. I just learned a new Spanish word.
They are so cute together! I’m actually excited for them and I enjoyed learning that not only is America married (which I should have known) but that she’s pregnant. I bet she’ll share baby photos too and won’t post photos of the just baby’s hands or feet or whatever. (Not that there’s anything wrong with that, I understand when celebrities want to keep their children’s faces hidden.) America currently stars on Superstore, on NBC, which will come back on January 4 for three more episodes this season. Congratulations to America and Ryan!
