Hey, We should nominate Jon for the next BACHELOR on the Bachelor show!! Mabey Kate, will show up as one of the 25 women, Lord know she would bulldog her way thru to the end. Then the two of them would live unhappily ever after, as they had been all along!! Plus, Jon could get some new phone numbers of the other girls!! All kidding aside, I feel bad for the kids, its sad to see them so exploited by the media. I could not just sit there and let camera crews film my kids every move 24/7 and not make a fuss, Kate seems to obsorbe it like is a good thing? The kids have a right to privacy too but the only way thats gonna happen is to shut the whole operation down for good and let those babies move forward and live in peace..

I’m sorry but I’m tired of Kate always being made the bad guy. She probably wouldn’t have always had be controlling and tell Jon every move to make if he would have done something instead of just standing there like a doof. I hate that they are getting divorced. I hate it for Jon, Kate and especially those children. I also do not think that Kate has cheated on Jon but I do think that he has done his share of running around and I think that he is despicable for it. He needs to grow up. Oh, boo hoo, Jon you don’t get to run around and do all of the things that you want to do because you have had to take care of your children. That’s Life! When you have children you give up many, many things because it’s your job to take care of your children. I only have two children and I rarely get to do anything for myself. My husband and I both work and take care of our children. We don’t run around partying and whining about how we now have this committment and how we’re not happy about. Wake up Jon, you have eight children, your life is and should be dedicated to taking care of them. I think that Kate has had to be the one to be the primary care giver for those children. I don’t blame her one bit for the way that she feels towards Jon. She also said on the show that she would never not spend a holiday with her children and I don’t blame her one bit. She has been the one to do everything for these children most of their lives so I don’t blame her for saying that she of course if still going to get to be there for these events in their lives. I’m sure she is like most mothers, she has had to do all of the shopping for those kids, whether it’s grocery shopping for shopping for their clothes, shoes, etc. She is probably the one who has always gotten everything for them for their birthday parties, christmas, etc. I have to do it for my two children and it’s alot to take care of and she has eight to care for. I can’t even imagine. I also think that Jon is going through a mid-lie crisis, at the at of 32. I think that he will be sorry later on for what he has done to Kate and his children. He also needs to take those ear rings out of his head, if he only knew how STUPID he looks. I wanted someone to slap him Monday night when he said, I’m starting a new chapter in my life and I am excited. He also said I finally stood on my own two feet and stood up for myself, oh please, you are not a victim Jon. You need to grow up and take care of your family and quit whining about what you don’t have and what you’re not getting to do. Be a Man!

I was hopping jon and kate would stay together for the sack of there kids but i guess it is better since they wont be fighting in front of them but i was thinking that the big annocment was they were staying together! Those Poor kids! xD

I did watch a bit of the ‘big show’ last night and I have never really watched the show, but I flipped to it during ads, and Jon seemed either drunk or stoned.

I actually understand the plight they feel they are in if they quit the show. Neither one of them has worked in their original professions in at least a few years, and now with all of this negative press, who would hire either one of them at a normal job anyway? I actually understand them having that mentality.

First of all, anyone who thinks these two would have lasted regardless of the show (which absolutely destroyed their children’s lives) is wrong. Kate doesn’t respect Jon and never has, hence the constant stabs from the very beginning. Jon doesn’t respect himself enough to have stood up to her ONCE, both creating a power struggle that would have consumed them both. It’s a twisted emotional situation that would have ended in chaos either way. Relationships are built on mutual respect. They never had it.

That said, anyone who is actually going to tune into this crap to hear about the ‘announcement’ is completely rediculous. It can only be one of two things – they are divorcing or separating (hence the move into two places). They are not canceling, the network has 40 new episodes to come and Jon, Kate, and TLC are too greedy and money-starved to care about what happens at this point, as long as they can pimp it for all its worth. Shows are supply and demand, everyone watching that show is contributing to the loss experienced by those children. If you want to know what’s going to happen, just read a blog. Responsibility, folks.

Sorry Zoe (The Other One) I know that the mods here are probably like will she just quit yapping about that site on every post?!! haha.

I check Celebitchy, Blindgossip and Dlisted everyday. It cracks me up bc my friends all read US weekly or whatever and they’re always behind! Or don’t know the half of it!

I’d like to add I think it’s interesting that she’s got that big hair flap tucked behind an ear for once and it looks like it might have been cut. Think she finally figured out how God-awful it looked?

And I love how she ALWAYS has that pink phone in her hand or on her ear and is always in heels nowdays.

Oh what a shock. Let’s see, she treated him like dirt for the longest time, controlling his every move, insulting him in front of the world as often as she could, and then they end up BOTH cheating on each other.

Anyone who is shocked by this hasn’t even seen five minutes of video from them.

That being said, I really hope this doesn’t become a thing where women jump up to hate him and conveniently ignore all the things she’s done. She’s no victim here, not by a long shot. I doubt very seriously she gives a lukewarm sh*t who he’s sleeping with. After all, she drew up that separation contract herself.

The problem is, we’re now apparently going to be treated to watching those poor kids suffer through one of the worst things that can happen to a kid: the implosion of your family. On TV. Yay. Except that I won’t be watching. It’s exploitative enough as it is, adding divorce onto that is just CRUEL.

Boycott this show and TLC, which has become a joke. Seriously. This show’s ratings are sinking (series premiere had a bit over nine million, next episode had five million viewers and some change, and the next one? Just two million.)

They’re trying desperately to keep the money train going, but it’s going to crash.
