the original kate, WTF??! It’s not you, don’t even think that shit is normal. I have a 5 year old, and the only place we hang out together at a bookstore is the kiddie section. If you see me looking (more like oogling) at a book full of penises (yum), it will be by myself or with my friends of legal ages.

i think it’s creepy that he refers to his daughter as “sexy.” i don’t know…seems odd to me but maybe my sense of “appropriate” is different. for example i was in a bookstore yesterday and a mother and her little girl were in the gay section looking at a coffe table sized book called “the big penis book,” which is a book filled with photos of huge, erect dicks. obviously a book by gay men for gay men. the girl looked & acted about 8 or 9, and they spent a good deal of time looking at it, page by page. i thought that was creepy, too. maybe its just me.

my only dislike for angelina jolie is that she’s wayyy too much in the media and i’m sort of sick of it… other than that, these two are in completely different leagues. first off, megan fox is a good for nothing tramp… oops… did i say that out loud? tee hee…

secondly, angelina jolie is flesh colored and human looking, not orange and a blow up doll… and she has been showing a lot of intelligence and compassion lately… so um… yeah, completely different leagues.

praise st. angel, I can understand the comparison to joe simpson though I think joe simpson takes the cake on creepy inappropriate commentary, especially as he brazenly capitalized on his daughter’s sexy image. I like to dissect word usage and even saying “gal” vs. woman or girl kinda gives the impression (to me) of familial affection. aren’t Voigt and Jolie still majorly estranged? sad.

I am so with you on that. If my father ever called me ‘sexy’ or anything along those lines I am fairly sure I would have a stroke on the spot or fling myself in front of a bus, either way the ‘yuk’ factor is off the charts. Granted, she did basically make out with her brother on camera, so this family may have different sensibilities than most other folks about sexual boundaries between blood relations.
