Ben Affleck made headlines this week when some photos came out of him, shirtless and still sporting a giant colorful phoenix tattoo which he claimed was temporary back in 2015. There were several indications in the interim that it was a real tattoo but this was the first irrefutable evidence that the thing was still there. It wasn’t the first time Affleck was outed as a lying SOB, but it was one of the most obvious. Affleck’s BFF, Matt Damon, was asked about it during an appearance on The Daily Show earlier this week. He jokingly said that men shouldn’t tell other men what to do. What about women? Well we know Damon doesn’t have a problem with that. To be fair, Damn was responding to Trevor Noah’s statement “I don’t believe a friend would allow a friend to get a back tattoo of a colorful dragon.”

“It’s not one man’s job to tell another man what he can do to his back,” Damon told host Trevor Noah on Wednesday’s show.
“I support him in all of his artistic expression,” Damon laughed.
Noah replied, “Fair enough, that’s a good friend answer actually.”
Talking further about his longtime friendship with Affleck, Damon joked, “Unfortunately I can’t seem to shake him. I’ve known him since I was 10, so it’s 37 years.”
Remember how Matt Damon told Effie Brown, an African-American producer, all about diversity in film? Remember how he also said that he would judge sexual harassment stories on a case by case basis and that there’s a “continuum” of abuse? He also said gay actors should stay in the closet, but he won’t tell another man what he could do to his back! We see you, Matt Damon.
As for Affleck, he wants to explain to the celebrity press that we’re crazy, that we never saw that and that we should calm down. Why are we always so sensitive? To the other news outlets he’ll send a polite email requesting that they delete all photos of the incident and act like it never happened.

Matt Damon is so use to the culture of men doing/saying whatever they want, he is holding on as tight as he can.
There was a time they could bury or kill stories they didn’t want out, now the mystique of the star is gone and he doesn’t know how to handle it.
To be so young Matt Damon is living in the past generation. Hopefully him and his crowd will fade into the background.
And I bet their bud Harvey W. buried a lot of those stories for them.

I use to like Matt Damon and Ben Affleck I use to watch there movies. Not anymore. I understand there human they make mistakes etc.. And they are entitled to the own thoughts beliefs and opinions But I just can’t support anyone financially I don’t agree with. And me seeing there movies is support I g them. And if there a movie I want to see that comes out I go see. I go to the movies almost every Friday so yes I’m a movie buff and I do believe I make a little difference☺

I don’t watch either, but being honest. It’s not entirely because of their terrible comments and acts. It’s also because they haven’t made a really great movie in ages. Not writing. Not acting. And Argo is included. It was dramatic, but not a standout.

As horrible as this past year and a half had been, one bright spot has been that everyone (or, at least, a lot of folks) realize what huge d-bags both of these guys are. I’d be happy if I never heard from or saw either of them again.

They wish. Affleck was at university of Vermont for one semester. Damon didn’t graduate, but did go to Harvard. Skull and Bones is a Yale club, but yes, they have that ‘bro’ quality, it’s just that most of the people I’ve met from either Harvard or Yale are not at all misogynist. The behavior is more a sign that they aren’t that well-educated.

It’s always dangerous when someone snaps a photo of you mid-word/mid-laugh, and that photographer managed to nail them both at an embarrassing moment.
