Well, if this film (if there will be one) is supposed to be a prequel, she is too old – not too old to portray Lara, but to try to appear younger than in the previous films.

I don’t know who’s stupider – The Sun for writing that drivel or you for repeating. Jolie has turned down the producers of Lara Croft on at least 3 occasions in the last 5 years beecause she said she no longer has the time necessary to train for the role. Jolie is the hottest actress in Hollywood right now. Anyone who doesn’t think the job is her’s if she wants in a certifiable moron. Jolie can guarantee the box office. Megan Fox can’t open a movie at the box office that doesn’t have the word “Transformers” in the title.

I really doubt Angelina gives a shit about Tomb Raider… I think she’d only get hot and bothered by potentially Oscar worthy roles. These days she’s more interested in building her reputation as a talented actress, humanitarian and mother.
