I, too, am an avid Atkins dieter and have lost tons of weight and have never gained it back. I also feel great, better than I ever have in my life, and have no physical problems after being on Atkins for over 3 years. This juice diet scares me to no end and I feel really bad for those who think it is worthy and something to try. If you do, I'd highly suggest you check your resources and get the advice from other doctors who can elaborate/advise on this juice diet. I seriously doubt any good doctor would agree to it, especially over a 3 week period. I agree with Vicky above.
