No one knows Joe, no one really knows what MJ went though but him, and most likely his family. But you know what MJ came out on top with everything that has happened to him, but MJ was a responsible dad and he trust his mom to take his kids not anyone else. So who are we to say who the kids should go with. MJ knew what he wanted for HIS kids and if thats what he wanted for them then let him have his final wish!

This family is very disfunctional due to the abuse they suffered from their father at a young age. I would take these kids in a heart beat with no money attached and raise them in a loving, caring home. I know is easier said than done but if I feel this way and I am a total stranger, where’s the love and compassion from their family? They are precious and they’re CHILDREN, they deserve to live a happy, Free of worries life.

I don’t think that Katharine or Debbie should be granted custody. Debbie, for obvious reasons…if Michael didn’t express in his will that he wanted the mother of his children to take care of them, then it must have been for a reason. Besides the whole money issue…

Aside from Katherine’s age, Joe Jackson is a major part of why Katherine should not have the kids. Not only did he abuse his own children, but he would probably use Michael’s children as money mules the same way he tried to use his own children. Regardless of if he lives with her or not, I still have the feeling that he would pressure those poor kids.

I think either they should grant Diana custody (who’s to say that the kids don’t know her? Considering how much Michael adored Diana Ross, she was probably a family friend…and how much he loved his children, I doubt he would have put her name in his will on a whim) or his siblings. I’m pretty sure that due to the fact that that demon of a man is their father too, they are probably fighting for the kids too, just not publicly.

Joe nor Debbie are Saints. She is caught on camera many times saying questionable things and so is Joe, but omg atleast the kids kno him. Besides Katherine is the one who is going for custody not joe, he lives in a different state.Im 15 And i can see the truth in why Debbie wants the kids.
