Huh, reading over these comments, I see that I’m not the only one who thinks Jada looks manly. I find her grating as well and unattractive as a woman because she looks like a transvestite.

What is your problem? Was I rude to you? NO. Then why are you acting like a child.You are transparent because you cannot take any type of opinionated post and you lash out.

I simply and nicely put the reason why she looks that way.Every celebrity looks that way because people are paid to make them look that way. PERIOD.

@ someone “I would be happy to see it happen, but I wouldn’t be pumping my fists and howling like a monkey.” please don’t use the phrase howling like a monkey to describe a black woman cheering her peers on for winning an award….I don’t think you meant anything by it, BUT some people myself included, don’t like blacks being compared to monkeys, it’s just as offensive to lets say people who are jewish being compared to rats.

On another note, just because other minorities are not largely representated in the hollywood doesn’t mean Black people aren’t going to celebrate when another Black person wins an award, if anything black actresses/actors understand what other minorities are facing in hollywood and would be just as cheerful if the day comes when other minorities get recognition for their work

And i’ll say it again..if AJ can talk about the same stuff and she’s awesome..what’s so bad about jada doing it? They say the same damn things in nearly every interview that they do…double standards are not cute

I don’t care what her reasons are for announcing how great her sex life is, I just wish she’d stop!

@Aspie: How often do Mexican, Latina, Native American, Indian and people of other ethnic backgrounds, win awards? I understand feeling a bit of pride when one of your ‘own’ accomplishes something, but far too often, people forget that African Americans are not the only opressed/overlooked people.

Getting an African American man into office? Been done. Seeing a Native American actor earn an oscar? Not in our lifetime. I would be happy to see it happen, but I wouldn’t be pumping my fists and howling like a monkey. To me, that shows disrespect to the other nominees who walked away empty-handed. It’s possible to celebrate in a more quiet, appropriate and graceful manner.
