When my son at age 6 asked for a mowhawk, I said sure! When my then 4 year old daughter saw it, she wanted one too! I, of course, said absolutely (even though I kind of cringed inside to see my baby girl's locks hit the floor.) If it's ok for my son to want a mowhawk, why would it not be ok for my daughter? Like someone else said... It's hair. It grows back. I think it's cute, although it's a little wider than most hawks. I'd like to see it in a thinner strip. My son is 2 years older than my daughter.
