I mean she puts those other much younger performers to shame, most of whom can barely walk and sing at the same time, let alone dance (let's face it, Myley and her ilk don't dance, they just walk with "emphasis"). So in a sense Madonna is like an athlete, a marathon runner. And marathon runners are all super skinny. But she could at least eat, stop using testosterone and cover her arms. And I'm sure some of the photos we see of her are photoshopped to exaggerate the look. Still, send Madonna pignoli or some a nice sloppy eggplant t parmesan sandwich.
