I took the long rout because i didnt want it to build back up, if I needed to lose I wanted it to be perminent. It was absolute hell! I felt like a junkie honestly. It was just a terrible experience for me. I did it all on my own too which is alot harder than if you have a group and you have support. But it was mostly staying motivated. So I literally surrounded myself with things that motivated me. Such as posters, videos of fit people. MUSIC MUSIC MUSIC was definately a booster. I picked only metal since that was the only form of music that really moved me. Like Disturbeds indestructible was a real motivator lol. I should tell you too that the stretch marks DONT GO AWAY I dont eat outside foods. Including resturant food. No junk food and no soda at all. So it's more of a eat to live rather than live to eat equation for me. The gym was not where I went. it was all at home. Now i crawl down my buildings stairwell and climb up skiping one stair. I jump on a tramplene and when teh whether is good I head out for a good walk...now I jog though hee hee. But it was PURE HELL and seriously guys it isn't for everybody. You have to really be commited to it if you really want to see any improvment. But GOD was it hell, tramatic even. I don't ever want to go through what I did. Again it took me three years and it was a difficult journey. But I did it and it IS possible. I also think genetics had something to do with it too. ab,

Which is both bad and amazing. I love when I put the same dress as some of my skinny-type friends and it just looks different and we don't look like we've got it at a 2x1 sale. Also the feeling that no matter how plain and boring a dress is, curves always make it look interesting and you don't need any accessories to boost it up (although it's a downhill for people who enjoy wearing them... I don't) I hear what she says.
