A friend of mine who works in retail in Beverly Hills had to deal with his obvious feelings of self-importance and entitlement. She couldn't wait for him to leave the store. She said he spent a LOT of time looking around waiting to be recognized and then, when he was, he acted snotty about it. So much attitude for so little to offer!
