Tom Brady is the September cover boy for Details Magazine. I find this cover photo to be extremely rough. I don’t like the white tank, I don’t like the haircut, I don’t like the faux-intense, constipated look on Tom’s face. I guess he’s trying to come across as hardcore, but he just looks like he’s trying too hard. He does have beautiful eyes though. And I like his little cleft chin. There. I said something nice.
In the interview, I suppose he’s promoting his football career… because football season is going to start at some point… right? Like, it happens every year sometime in the fall? But I don’t follow most of the sports with balls, so your guess is as good as mine. Fortunately for us, Tom knows that we want to hear about his love life, his baby-mamas, and his plans for the future. Tom slams the idea that life is “living in the suburbs with a white picket fence.” You know, like the way many of Tom’s football fans live. But I digress. Tom basically says that he wasn’t going to marry a girl and move to the ‘burbs just because a chica gets knocked up (cough cough Bridget Moynahan), or at least that’s how I interpret his comments. He then goes on to talk up Gisele, and says that he would love “four or five” kids, but that “It’s not always my decision.”
Despite his status as football’s golden boy, not everything goes according to plan for Tom Brady.
In December 2006, Brady split with actress Bridget Moynahan, who was in her first trimester of pregnancy. The baby, John Edward Thomas Moynahan, was born the following August. Although Brady was thrilled with his new son, he now acknowledges that the situation caught him off guard.
“That’s not how you envisioned your life, that’s not how you envisioned having children,” he tells Details in its September Issue, “but it happens.”
The experience has given the 32-year-old quarterback a new philosophy about how life unfolds. “Life is not living in the suburbs with a white picket fence. That’s not life,” says Brady. “Somehow our American culture has made it out that that’s what life needs to be – and that if it’s not that, it’s all screwed up. It’s not. You go through life and you try the best you can.”
Brady, who started dating model Gisele Bündchen weeks after splitting with Moynahan, reveals that the couple’s first date was set up by a mutual friend. “This friend told me he knew a girl version of me,” Brady says.
“And he said to me he’d found a boy version of me,” Bündchen, 29, chimed in. The relationship clicked, and the couple tied the knot last April. Bündchen is now pregnant with the couple’s first child together.
Will there be more children on the way? Brady hopes so. “I want a lot of kids,” he says. “I’d love four or five.”
But like everyone who has seen life take them in a different direction, Brady continues, “We’ll see. It’s not always my decision.”

Meh. I have to admit, Gisele has started to grow on me, mainly because I don’t like the way everyone beats up on her, and I think she looks really cute pregnant. But it will take a while before I really give a sh-t about Tom. He just seems so bland. I don’t understand why people get worked up over him or his alleged hotness. Also, I really don’t care for the whole “white picket fence” dream either, but live and let live. Some people want that, and more power to them. It’s not for me or Tom to disrespect it.

There, thats the once nice thing i have to say about him…because i HATE him! He treated Bridget badly, oh and cheated on her too. You’ll get tom brady fans (they are rough) about how she was using him, loving her career more than him, getting pregnant on purpose to trap him blah blah blah.

Granted I really only hate him bc his the star QB of the patriots, who are cheaters and cry-babies, and his name is mr. cool – bc his calm and never gets hit – and he is a pretty boy, who sounds like a girl. Look, Tom is still very much overweight and his bad boy/Bad Girl routine with Gisele is sickening. He’s had time to lose the weight, he’s believing Gisele lies that he’s fine looking how he is. Take the shirt off. Its plain 2 C he is not the man in the pictures and we all know it. Tom truly doesn’t like who he is, the clean cut guy. So he’s pretending 2 B some 1 else. I gather this is why he looks miserable in just about all his pics with Gisele. If he really wanted 4 or 5, would he hav said 1 is enuf. N Y run if u want 4 or 5 kids, u don’t hav 2 b with the mom, but u can support her while she’s pregnant, admit u got Gisele pregnant cause she is jealous of how U love lil John. And who else should be sitting in the interview, no other than Gisele Chimming in(making sure he says the right thing) . Where was Tom during her vanity fair interview, right! IGGY— this is 4 u, if u go back to Bridget’s initial interview in VF 2007, she said exactly what Tom said, It is not how she envisioned having a family alone. Go back and read it. Tom has a good heart but his puppeteer won’t allow him to have any room, she’s afraid of something or 1 (Bridget) is going 2 take him away. Relax, Gisele, Briget’s a class act while your trying to control Tom so he doesn’t leave u 4 another, Bridget is calm, cool, and collective, handling her buzzzz! Show her how a real woman acts in a rough situation, by keeping her cool.

So, exactly what is wrong with the Suburbs and white picket fences? Is he mocking those who like that lifestyle?
He thinks he is the greatest things since sliced bread and I am glad that he has found a woman who thinks that about herself, because they both deserve each other.
IMO, there is nothing hot about him at all. Don’t know what all the hype is about, because he isn’t that great of a quarterback either anymore, and to my knowledge, hasn’t played since 2007.

Uhh-you’re a dad now. Houses with big fenced yards are ideal for kids if you can afford them! Suburbs…less traffic…room to ride their bikes…guess you know where his priorities are! (and I don’t have kids or live in the suburbs!) Also, I heard he’s a big jerk who cheated on Bridgett when she wasn’t around, and undoubtedly does the same to Giselle.

Firestarter, Tom was a good looking man, his eyes are beautiful his attitude was right and he was clean cut, all american every1 wanted a piece of him. If u look n compare pics of him wth Gisele n Bridget, and if u follow him u will c how he has went down. I did not no who he was b4 bridget n when Gisele stepped in she wanted 2 b Bridget but she is a woman n Gisele is a young woman n the differences r evident.

Tom wants 4 or 5 kids? What happened to the “one is enough” talk? He means, one kid for each woman he dates? Hell, we should prepare ourselves for the army of little Brady clones. I wonder why Gisele and Tom are so obsessed with “privacy”. Obviously, people don’t have to parade their lives in tabloids, and I admire celebrities who lead their existences in normalcy. But, in the case of Tom and Gisele, I think they overrate the interest of people about themselves. They hide everything with hints of paranoia, as if everyone was really dying to know if they’re getting married or having a baby, or whatever. As if people really gave a damn.
Maybe it’s a dumb question but, anyone actually cares about football outside the US? I can’t answer for the whole world, but I’ve never met a single football fan in my entire life. And I’ve visited plenty of different places.

She is gorgeous n he is very handsome, but the truth is their toying with us knowing we are always up for a scandal. We consumers have to prove them wrong if either of them is on the cover in the mag. representing anything refuse to buy it until they go away. Brisget may not be a top star but she has morals and refuses to stoop down and start dishing enuendos about pple. Gisele’s time is limited tell your friends, don’t buy it. She already doen’t sell as much if she’s on the cover, let your money do the walking, that’ll show both these a**holes …

bridget has morals???? when tom told her he didn’t love her or want to marry her, she should have closed her legs, walked away and found someone else, that would have been the classy way. when leo wouldn’t commit to gisele, where was his trap…wait, oh yeah, she was the one who closed her legs, walked away and found someone else, now that’s class! i still don’t get why everyone still brings bridget up during a tom and gisele conversation , she is a non isuue, if she didn’t go off the pill without telling him,and got pregnant no one would remember her. there is no bridget v.s. gisele or the two women in tom’s life , the only woman in his life is gisele, his wife, who he married twice, spitritualy and legally.

how did tom and gisele treat bridget badly, when she was pregnant? he didn’t fall into her to her trap, went on with his life. i think tom made a statement about women who get pregnant on purpose to try and trap a man. IT DOESN’T WORK!!! gisele and tom have nothing to be ashamed of, but bridget does. going off the pill without telling tom, she took her new born son to the tabloids protraying herself and him as a VICTIM of tom and gisles’, so don’t accuse tom and gi pimping john to the press, gisele and tom a merely answering all the negative publicity, like she won’t let tom see his son, or tom being a dead beat dad, or she won’t pick up and hold bridgets’ baby.
