Does Leonardo DiCaprio go through the models in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit editions and check off the women he’s already dated? There’s Gisele Bundchen, Bar Refaeli, and lesser-mentioned Laetitia Casta, Naomi Campbell, and Eva Herzigova*, not to mention all the other models he’s dated. To be fair to Leo, he usually picks one gorgeous model and dates her off and on for years, as was the case with Gisele and his most recent ex, Bar.
According to The Sun, Leo, 34, is now dating lovely Anne Vyalitsyna, a 23 year-old 5’10” Russian beauty. Anne has been in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition for the past five years in a row, and I would guess that Leo has had his eye on her for some time. Leo and Anne have been off in Ibiza partying with friends and it looks like the start of a new romance. Will Anne be the latest woman Leo keeps on the hook until she’s ready for a more lasting commitment?
The blonde Russian is known in fashion circles simply as Anne V and is best known as a swimsuit model for respected US mag Sports Illustrated.
But she has also been the pretty face of campaigns for fashion labels Louis Vuitton, Prada and Ralph Lauren…
So she’s got a sense of humour, too.
The pair met while Leo was filming sci-fi movie Inception in London last month and he whisked her away with him and a group of friends to party island Ibiza.
They have been spotted at various clubs and restaurants together over the last week.
A source said: “It’s very early days but they can’t keep their hands off each other.
“When Leo first arrived there were swarms of girls all over him but now he only has eyes for Anne.”
You’ve got to admire the man for his consistency and refusing to lower his incredibly high standards.

Leo told Parade last year that he does want a marriage and kids one day, saying “I want to get married and have children. In saying that, I realize I am contradicting everything I’ve said before. I absolutely believe in marriage.” He’s still young enough at 34 and can run around romancing models as long as he pleases. This Anne V is just his type, though, and I bet if he’s open to marriage she might eventually steer him in that direction. It’s going to be a long time coming, though, given Leo’s history.

i love him in Titanic…hes a good actor. but he is obv a very shallow person. i find that so unattractive. but if he were going out with a less attractive person and thats not what he “needs” and ends up cheating on her, that would be worse i guess. he just makes me feel kinda sick everytime i hear about one of his new models.

Leo and his friends were in Ibiza with some girls (not just Anne) and that blonde in the photo with Leo doesn’t seem Anne at all! In every photo I saw Leo was with different girls! There’s no picture with Leo and Anne as a real couple, but only Leo sit next to a girl and other 10 people, so…are you sure that his latest girlfriend is Anne? Or is just a rumour as the usual? Come on don’t trust in tabloids (sorry I don’t speak english well)

Yeah, I think he’s talented, and he’s environmentally conscious, but something about dating nothing but models. Sure, you’re famous, rich – so go on and date pretty girls, but how ’bout someone with a brain? Someone with whom you could have discussions about global warming and deforestation? Not to stereotype here, but I don’t think he’s getting a lot of intellectual conversation with these girls.

I personally know many models and some of them are the smartest people i’ve met, some with pHD’s and other amazing credentials.
I’m sorry but I find it hard to believe that someone would take all the time it is required to get a PhD and then spend the rest of their lives posing for stuff… just doesn’t make sense to me.
Steps to be Leo’s girl
1- Be a blonde (Naomi really counts? It was so long ago. And Laetitia changes hair colour a lot)
2- Let your skin become a weird but light shade of orange
3- Be a commercial model (lingerie and swimsuit will be enough, followed by some occasional high fashion campaign)
4- Be hopelessly stupid (not that all models are stupid, some are actually very intelligent, but the ones Leo dated don’t come across as very bright.)
5- Turn your head the other way while he cheats
It can only be machismo. You know, Leo seems to be that kind of guy who doesn’t want his women to talk, only to look pretty and f*ck. Intelligent and outspoken women are threatening to men like Clooney and DiCaprio, because they don’t fall for smarmy crap so easily. And because they recognize how fake these Warren Beatty-great-seducers types are.
Meh, he’s single and rich. If he likes dating models, where’s the harm? Why shouldn’t he do whatever makes him happy? All this psychoanalysis and speculation that he’s gay…ridiculous. I think he’s just enjoying the hell out of the fact that he CAN date lingerie models. Eventually, if he decides to settle down into married life and have a family that’ll be just great for him. But perhaps he just enjoys the single life…and why wouldn’t he?

I’m sure there are many models out there with brains but lets be honest NONE of the ones that Leo has dated come across as smart. My question is what do they ( the models) see in him. I don’t find this man attractive AT ALL!! If that is bad taste on my part, so be it!!!

To the person who said that some famous models have PhDs, that sounds very unrealistic. As a doctorate student myself I agree with the person who said that someone is not going to put so much time on their education to look pretty in front of camera for the rest of their lives.
Ok for someone completing a Phd not very bright – first of all, not all models are models for the rest of their lives, alot of them utilize the money they make from modeling to pay for their degrees, and they will make shitloads more money from modeling than they would from their Phd.
