He stays out at the bar until 4 a.m. You can't do that without it taking a toll on you. He needs to settle down and start going to bed earlier. Besides, most men thicken up in their thirties anyway. The problem is, if he loses 30 pounds it's going to come off in all the wrong places. He carries weight in his face and in his middle.
