Melania Trump wore a $3700 Gucci dress for the Trumps’ arrival in Florida

President Donald Trump and Melania Trump arrive on Airforce One at Palm Beach International Airport

These pics were not Photoshopped. Donald Trump’s hands really do look that small. If anything, his hands got smaller and smaller over the course of the past four years. These are photos of the Trumps arriving in Florida yesterday, after Donald Trump’s pathetic, poorly-attended “send-off” at Andrews Air Force Base, where he ranted nonsensically one last time. Melania changed on the plane – no more black mourning suit, which she wore earlier in the day. She changed into this $3700 Gucci dress which made her look like a clown. Melania, it was said, was completely checked out ever since her husband lost in November. She was the only one in the family who looked forward to retiring to Florida. Melania didn’t even bother with a goodbye wave in Florida:

As for the rest of them… I mean, I would have been happy to wake up this morning to the news that Trump was indicted in twenty jurisdictions, but I have patience. At the end of the day, Donald Trump didn’t pardon his lawyer (Rudy Giuliani), his children or himself. New York has ongoing investigations into the Trump struggle-empire, he’s got an impeachment trial coming up and he is on tape, committing election fraud in Georgia. Plus, all of the civil lawsuits AND all of his creditors want their payments. It’s going to be so much fun.

Not so much fun? Taxpayers are on the hook for a lot of Secret Service protection for the Trump family:

In the days before he left office, President Donald Trump instructed that his family get the best security available in the world for the next six months, at no cost — the protection of the U.S. Secret Service. According to three people briefed on the plan, Trump issued a directive to extend post-presidency Secret Service protection to his four adult children and two of their spouses, who were not automatically entitled to receive it.

Trump also directed that three key officials leaving government continue to receive the protection for six months: former treasury secretary Steven Mnuchin, former chief of staff Mark Meadows and former national security adviser Robert C. O’Brien, two people familiar with the arrangement said.

Under federal law, Trump, his wife, Melania Trump, and their 14-year-old son are the only members of his immediate family entitled to Secret Service protection after they leave office. The couple will receive it for their lifetimes, and Barron is entitled to protection until he turns 16. Former vice president Mike Pence and his wife, Karen Pence, will also receive continued Secret Service security for the next six months under the same law governing protection.

But Trump wanted every family member who had been protected by the Secret Service during his administration to be covered for six additional months, according to the people familiar with his directive, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to describe security arrangements. That means the expensive, taxpayer-funded security will continue for daughter Ivanka Trump and her husband, Jared Kushner; son Donald Trump Jr.; son Eric Trump and his wife, Lara Trump; and daughter Tiffany Trump.

[From WaPo]

The thing that strikes me is that Trump is afraid of his own “supporters.” He incited them to do terrorism, and now he’s afraid that they’ll turn on him. Speaking of, this is something to keep your eye on: the Proud Boys are no longer on Trump’s side, and QAnon is apparently collapsing as we speak.

That dress was so hideous. It looks like it was made from my parents old shag carpet. Omg

    • Chica1971 says:

Mrs. Roper from 3s company. At least she stayed away from racist chic DG that she wore when she left WH.

    • aang says:

I don’t mind the 70’s look. She’s tall enough to pull it off. And that is the most genuine smile I’ve ever seen on her face. I still hate her though.

      • Esmom says:

I kinda like it, too. And yeah, she is just so happy to be just a trophy wife again.

      • lemonylips says:

I feel the same. She makes me sick and I know lot of people don’t like those kind of dresses but I would rock it. Still can’t give her any compliment. Horrible person

      • Vera says:

I love the dress, it’s very 70s wallpaper. I love the colour of it

      • PrincessK says:

I think it is a nice dress, and Melania knows how to model things. She has over the past four years looked exquisite in so many outfits. She has to blame her husband for not being on Vogue cover. If it were not for her obnoxious husband she would have been on it.

      • tealily says:

        Agreed on all counts!

      • megs283 says:

        Same x4 🙂

      • Nikki* says:

The dress isn’t hideous, but it clashes with the red carpet she knew she’d be photographed upon descending. She could have done better, but I don’t think she really cares, do you?

      • clomo says:

A Gucci muumuu would be good for 5 star tropical living. I’ve seen some amazing designer muumuu’s that are really pretty.

      • Emily says:

It’s so genuine that I believe this to be fake Melania.

      • Oh Yes says:

No one ever said she doesn’t look like a fashion plate. She’s. Model. However Beauty is as beauty does. Sad our kids were subjected to a vapid trophy wife as a role model.

      • SomeChick says:

It’s the real one. The fake would have held hands and waved. Why even bother with the fake one anyway? She genuinely wants to take this trip. She’s dressed for vacation, and she doesn’t have to do that shit any more. Exit Melania, stage right!

      • coolspray says:

I agree! I love the dress, and she pulls it off. She looks genuinely happy LOL

      • Carol says:

I really like that dress, it looks fantastic on her and she looks the happiest I’ve ever seen her. She still is/was a horrid first lady and glad we never have to see or hear again. And I think she will never divorce Trump because they share the same warped values and I believe in a her own way “loves” Trump…and his money.

      • Golly Gee says:

Love the dress. The cut is great and the fabric moves beautifully.

      • Lauren II says:

Melania is beaming with happiness – she can now return to her vacant existance as a kept woman.

      • Zuzu says:

I believe this to be fake Melania.

    • Kay says:

I feel like it could be really cute on the right person if it were cut at the knee in more of a swing style. Really, Mel is just proof that you can have all the makings of beauty (objectively, she’s a striking woman with great features), but the inner soul rot really shines through.

      • Keen Kate says:

Google ‘Melania Trump age 16’ !

      • kelleybelle says:

Those features are all courtesy of a surgeon’s knife. Even her fillers aren’t well done. She has a horrid “resting bitch face” and always looks angry, bored or as if she is giving someone the stink-eye. Even when she smiles, her eyes never do. Cold.

      • Jaded says:

        @kelleybelle – Exactly, she’s got rattlesnake eyes.

      • LightPurple says:

@Kelleybelle, her eyes could still open back then.

I prefer looking at pictures of Joe Biden age 16

    • Chaine says:

That pattern plus the cut made it like a really ugly shower curtain.

    • Lemons says:

Honestly, I like her dress, and I’ve liked the things she wears. I just HATE and DESPISE her. And will NEVER imitate her style.

So the only style moment I want to talk about right now is Michelle Obama’s inauguration drip.

    • Mrs.Krabapple says:

I think the dress would look better if it were cut as a 1970 mini-dress.

I think Melania would look better if she lost about 270 pounds of ugly, racist fat.

      • Hej says:

I like the dress as is. The long sleeves are nice sun protection and it’s a comfy and modest look. Reminds me of Moroccan kaftans . Orange prints aren’t universally flattering though! She must be quite thin now to look that thin in that dress. Or the tailoring is goods. I’m not like you guys I don’t see people as ugly or pretty due to their personality. Melania’s always been pretty to me despite not ever having any personal characteristics that I like. I love her hair/wig. She will be ugly if she wrecks her hair , brows (tattoo!) or body. Some other stars I like quite a bit, enjoy their work but don’t find them pretty

    • angieo717 says:

She really does have the best sunglasses tho.

  2. Rapunzel says:

The collapse of Q made my day aftervthe inauguration was done lifting my spirits. Some were desperately trying to shift goalposts one more time, saying Trump could still get with the military to overthrow Biden. Some were even saying Biden was part of the Q plan and he’d do what Trump was going to (take down the deep state), “because then people would listen.” Why would Biden take down the deep state he’s a part of? To avoid the death penalty for him and Hunter due to Hunter’s laptop …something something China.

    • Mac says:

If you are interested, the podcast Q Clearance breaks down Q’s origins and how it was hijacked by Ron Watson. It’s such a fraud, but people still believe.

      • Golly Gee says:

The podcast ‘Reply All’ did a great deep dive on Q anon. The episode is titled: Country of Liars, and follows its creation, growth and then its hijacking by Ron Watkins.

    • Lemons says:

For anyone interested, There are a few subreddits like r/qanoncasualties that are incredibly depressing. So many have lost their family and loved ones to this and the MAGA cult. Almost doubtful that we’ll ever get them back. Now that the presumed Q has told everyone to go back to their normal lives, I wonder how long it will take the followers to realize that the simulation is over.

      • Renee says:

I have had a few cousins get into this Q nonsense. I have had to completely disengage from that side of the family. It is insane how easily these people get sucked in this nonsensical, illogical craziness. I do not understand how people get into these crazy cults.

      • Golly Gee says:

There are concerns that many of those who have been sucked into this are going to have psychotic breaks because their anxiety levels are already ramped up so high and now they don’t know what to believe. It’s nothing less than a form of psychological torture.

    • EveV says:

The linked article states that some QAnon followers think Trump “let” Biden win and is now just biding his time until he takes over… or something. So the man that filed over 50 lawsuits, incited a riot, and wrote hundreds of tweets trying to overturn the election results actually just let Biden win?! The break from reality is just too much for me to comprehend.

    • Liz version 700 says:

It is nice to see Q fall. The stories of families and even marriages broken up because of that cult are just awful!

      • Lilly (with the double-L) says:

@Liz I truly did not know all the craziness, until reading some of the “Q collapse” stories. Face swapping really stuck out. I am now going back to not knowing more and I hope that those who lost people to it can move on well.

      • Nina says:

I have lost a brother over the nonsense. He threw a shocking amount of hate at me when our mom got Covid – it’s not real, apparently, and the nursing home was going to kill her for the money, and it would be my fault that we would never see her again. I’m heartbroken and grieving. Those Q people need to die a very slow death.
ETA: she’s fine now, but my relationship with him is over.

      • Eleonora says:

        @Nina, that’s terrible.
        I’m sorry to hear that.

    • M.A.F. says:

the fall of Q makes it all seem like they doing some social/psychological experiment.

  3. SamC says:

All I think of when I see that dress/muumuu is Mrs. Roper would wear it so much better!

    • Valerie says:

lol, that is such a Mrs. Roper dress! Shed wear it with a big chunky necklace.

    • Mads says:

Me loves me some Mrs Roper. She certainly would have been fabulous in this.

Interestingly, every thing Melanie wears sucks. How is this? It’s like her awful soul permeates the clothing and ruins it. Is she some demon version of the clothes wearing her instead of her wearing the clothes? So you can’t even enjoy the fashion because that hooker is wearing it. (Sorry for insulting hookers by association).

      • Heather G says:

HA HA HA! You are killing it, Mads. No offense to hookers! Thanks for making me laugh out loud.

All I have to say is, gag. Screw this sk@nk!

      • olliesmom says:

        She wasn’t a hooker she was an “escort”. There’s a difference.😊

  4. HoofRat says:

Dear God, this is what it would look like if my granny’s living room curtains grew feet at one end and a smirk at the other.

    • GuestwithCat says:

Agh Hoofrat you made me choke on my coffee! 😆

    • BeanieBean says:

Good one! This video made me laugh and your comment was the perfect followup!

    • Lady D says:

Ha! That was really funny, HoofRat.
o/t: What’s a hoofrat? I’m picturing little kittens, guinea pigs or chickens that like to run around the horse’s feet. Are they goats? Goats are destructive little creatures. It wouldn’t be a pygmy pig, would it, they’re beyond cute.

      • HoofRat says:

I love all of those images, Lady D, but it’s actually a term I heard a local landscaper use to describe all the deer in our area who keep munching fruit trees. I have several deer that wander through my backyard on a nightly basis to vacuum up under the bird feeders. It’s costing me a fortune in birdseed and they eat my best flowers, but I love watching them.

  5. Digital Unicorn says:

The Trump grift of the US taxpayer continues – 6 more months of bleeding as much money as they can out of the treasury.

Do they think that it will protect them from prosecution?1!?!?!?

That was the real Mel, she couldn’t wait to get away from him and wouldn’t even smile.

    • Rapunzel says:

DU- the SS agent behind Trump was hilarious. You can see him follow Melania with his eyes, and give a look like, “wait, what? Is she leaving him behind?”

I think it could have been Fauxlania earlier in DC. I thought the chin was real Mel, but could’ve been wrong. Real Mel could have been on AF1 already. Barron apparently was, but we didn’t see him in FL did we?

Oh…maybe Mel and Donny had a tiff on the plane. I’m sure Trump was hella unpleasant to be around yesterday.

      • Kaye says:

I thought it might be Fauxmelania who got off the plane. The real Melania has more “boobage,” as a friend says. This person looked almost flat chested. God knows the dress alone would have distracted us from a lot.

    • liz says:

He doesn’t give a damn about any threats to his family. He’s looking at the revenue stream the Secret Service provided to his company. That’s what drove the decision to extend protection for his family. They all have strict orders to travel extensively to all of their properties for the next six months to maximize the payments for as long as they can get away with it.

    • Heylee says:

I read that Donald is entitled to 1 million in taxpayer money to rent office space and pay staff for the rest of his life. And that he can literally rent space in his own buildings and get it paid for under this perk… so the grift continues unless we pressure our government to take these perks away from him.

      • Esmom says:

If he is impeached I think he will lose all that. Fingers crossed, especially since McConnell rebuked him publicly as soon as the Senate session began.

      • (TheOG) Jan90067 says:

Esmom, he WAS impeached. Twice. What we’re waiting for now, is the *trial* in the Senate (which they’re compelled to do after Nancy sends the articles of impeachment over…I think she said she’s doing it today or tomorrow; some are asking her to hold off. Don’t know why though).

Once the Senate has the articles, they MUST act on them in a prescribed time frame. McTraitor/Turtle has been making noises, and gave that statement about the Insurrection being a direct result of T****, but whether he pushes the other republiTHUGS to actually vote to CONVICT is another story.

ONLY if T**** is CONVICTED, will he be stripped of the stipends/salaries/perks of an ex-pres. (incl. Secret Service) and could face charges of treason/sedition.

    • Valerie says:

She looks really different. I haven’t analyzed the different Fauxlania’s, but my first thought when I saw these pictures was that that wasn’t really her.

      • lucy2 says:

I did too, until I saw the video.

      • EveV says:

I definitely think that looks like Fauxlania. It didn’t look like the real Melainia in Washington DC either. These people are just deranged.

      • PrincessK says:

I would love to see her shoe wardrobe.

      • Nic919 says:

She looks much shorter than usual and the more square sunglasses tend to be in when fake melania comes out. The only thing that makes me think it’s her is the walking away from him after they get off the plane.

    • (TheOG) Jan90067 says:

I think he’s more afraid of some of the base turning on him after not giving out pardons like Halloween candy (for the Insurrectionists).

  6. vertes says:

I hope Ivanka & jared will let their secret service agents use a bathroom at their house. “We the people” had to pay $3000 a month to rent a small apartment near their house in DC. All because with a 9 BR 10 bath house, Ivanka wouldn’t let the secret service agents guarding her family to use a bathroom in the house. Neighbors objected to a permanent porta-potty outside so the gov’t had to rent the apartment. Most people need a bathroom break during a 8-10 hour work shift.
I hope the neighbors let their dogs poop profusely in Javanka’s front yard in FL.

  7. Rapunzel says:

I see Melania went to Duchess Kate’s school of theme dressing: she was going to Florida, so she found a dress of Florida oranges.

  8. Becks1 says:

That dress is ugly, but it strikes me as very “Florida retiree” (not in a good way clearly lol.) Melania is over faking it for the cameras clearly.

the SS thing enrages me but I’m not sure if Biden can do anything about it – or if he would. Why on earth are they still getting protection, especially TIFFANY, who didnt even fake-work in the administration??

  9. Case says:

I thought for sure that was a Melania stand-in until she walked away from him like that. LOL!

    • FancyPants says:

I’ve always thought the Fake Melania stuff was silly, but seeing these pics actually makes me wonder? She looks like she lost 20lbs overnight all in her face and neck! But she sure did “nope” right tf outta there when they got off the plane so it must be her. I’m disappointed that they’ll still be grifting us with $75000 golf cart rentals and ski vacations for the next 6 months, but not surprised he squeezed that in at the last minute.

      • Jaded says:

I think she may have gone on a strict diet and gotten some serious lipo in the past couple of months since she went no-show. Her jawline looks much more slender and she did look like she’d lost some weight in the funeral suit she wore to depart Washington.

      • Dilettante says:

And maybe she traded in the bolt-ons for a smaller size. She does look slimmer overall.

  10. Tiffany says:

Of course she changed. She has on a corset so tight trying to look like a Jackie O reject at a costume contest, she probably couldn’t breathe.

  11. lucy2 says:

Doesn’t he lose Secret Service protection if he is convicted at impeachment?

I didn’t think about it in terms of being afraid of his own supporters, but that makes sense. Much as I loathe Pence and Mother, it’s probably not a bad idea for him to have extra security for a while, since the lunatics were after him.
I did feel a little joy seeing the photos of his adult children in tears yesterday. They’re all just scared of jail and the grift coming to an end.

    • Tiffany says:

Yup. He will lose pension, travel budget and lifetime detail protection if convicted.

    • Valerie says:

I hadn’t thought about that now, but it does seem like they are angry hornets now. He kicked the nest.

      • lucy2 says:

They believed he would stay in power and save them all. Instead they’re all being arrested, and the FBI is not messing around, and trump’s like oh well, off to Florida, no pardons for you. They’re all going to face very serious charges, and since most of them were so stupid as to film themselves doing it…they’re all going to end up paying dearly.

  12. Mina_Esq says:

I wonder if the directive includes the extra $3,000 per month for that bathroom secret service used…

  13. Lawcatb says:

The dress is kind of hideous . . . but I also kind of like it? Something about the retro sixties vide is getting me.

    • Soupie says:

No no no please! I stopped loving those reruns of Laugh-In, Hullaballoo and Shindig and all the rest of those 60 shows a long time ago. So cringeworthy! How did we think any of that looked good??

The way she walked away so fast from that plane in that man.. wow. That’s the real Melania. And all those Qanon minions and everybody else who voted for him just refuse to see it.

      • BeanieBean says:

Somebody else who remembers Hullaballoo & Shindig! I was just thinking about those shows the other day. Paul Revere & the Raiders, in full redcoat gear, doing ‘Kicks’ (and kicks) on the beach! Yeah, Melania would fit right in

      • Soupie says:

        @beaniebean
I was wondering if anybody here would remember Hullaballoo and especially Shindig! because I think Shindig! was a local L.A. show.

I wanted to be that woman on the scaffolding in the minidress and go go boots with the long hair and the thick eyebrows and heavy dark make up. Can’t remember what her name was. Now I have to go search! She was goals at the time lol

      • Anne Call says:

I went to a taping of Hullabaloo! My friend got to go on stage, but I looked so young they put me in the audience. I grow up near the ABC studios in LA-Silverlake Los Feliz area. Also loved going to the teenage fair on Hollywood Blvd at the Palladium. Good times.

      • Soupie says:

        @anniecall
Awesome you got to go to a taping! And very cool you grew up in Silverlake. It was so much more mellow back then. I’m from the San Gabriel Valley. I looked up the name of that young woman the go go dancer in the cage her name was Lada Edmond Jr. Very interesting IMDb right up on her. She saved the show from cancellation after Joey Hetherton’s “way too offensive moves” lol She’s in her early 70’s now!

    • Noodle says:

I kindof like it too, but wouldn’t have the guts to wear it myself. It’s way too “look at MEEEEEE!!” for my personal taste.

    • Mira says:

I kind of love/hate it. There’s something great about the utter ugliness.

  14. mar says:

Its amazing that someone wold pay so much to look so fug! She used to dress so well…….

  15. Tilewa says:

Ugly and I hate the length.

  16. LightPurple says:

She also took off the five inch heels and switched to flats. Melania has checked out and awaits her reunion with Hank from Tiffanys.

One of my petty joys yesterday was that Nagini got only the briefest of coverage yesterday when Orange Voldy kissed her cheek before boarding the plane. That, and all the fashion coverage going to the ladies at the Inauguration, has to be killing her massive ego.

    • whatever says:

I LOVE that she switched to flats. That’s her clearest signal that she seriously DGAF anymore. She’s done trying to look like a model and is fully embracing “aging Florida retiree.” I think it’s hilarious. I can’t stand the woman, but anything she does that seems like a dig aimed at her husband I’m still allowed to enjoy.

    • lucy2 says:

She’s probably also mad she didn’t get to sit up there next to Pence and try to assert herself as the next leader. She tried, with the announcement she was going to the inauguration, and when everyone was like hell no, suddenly she wasn’t going anymore.

  17. Ann says:

The other pictures from this where they show Jr, stupid Eric, and treason Barbie looking VERY worried are hilarious! Melania having no more Fs to give is pretty freaking funny too!

Even more LOLs over all the domestic terrorists groups having a real sudden wake up call that dear leader doesn’t give a shit about them. A bunch of terrible people are going to prison. Hahahahaha!

    • Lady D says:

I know this is petty, but I’m really enjoying reading about the protesters as they’re being hunted down by the FBI. Some are quite entertaining, like the 21yo who went on the run from the FBI. She didn’t last two days after deleting 5 social media accounts and telling her mother she couldn’t be in touch for a couple of weeks. LOL I also enjoy the mug shots of the ones who have turned themselves in. Most of them seem to realize just how badly they screwed up. A lot of them are looking at up to ten years, a few are looking at 25 years. I can’t believe they thought this scheme would work.

      • LightPurple says:

A guy who lives a few blocks from me was arrested Monday morning. It came as no surprise but I did a dance of joy in my office. His bail hearing is today.

  18. fifee says:

I must be the only one that quite likes the dress, well the pattern not the style.

    • FancyPants says:

I could like the pattern, but not the shape of it. I might have liked it better as a skirt worn with a solid shirt, that look would be very Crown Princess Mary of Denmark.

    • Marmalazed says:

I actually really like the dress, too. I love the colors/pattern and the mumu aspect to really speaks to my whole work from home lifestyle rn

  19. Wiglet Watcher says:

I like the dress. Melania has never been so happy during her marriage I’m guessing. Here’s to maybe never hearing from her again.

  20. smee says:

That twitter video of MT is hilarious 🙂

$3500 muumuu from hell. Did we have to subsidize that as well?

  21. molly says:

I hope she’s miserable for the rest of her miserable life.

  22. Gab says:

    I love that dress!

  23. Murphy says:

I actually don’t mind the caftan, it’s retro beachy but luxurious.
Can’t stand the disgusting slug who’s wearing it though.

  24. Jo73c says:

Like the dress, hate the model. Though whenever I see her smiling & with sunglasses on, I assume it’s Fauxlania

  25. Dee says:

    It’s interesting, but not flattering.

  26. BodegaBay says:

She gives zero fcuks about anything but her own personal interests, but I’m not going to hate on her for wearing an expensive dress when I love other women for wearing even more expensive dresses. The wearer makes anotherwise great dress look hideous. If Melania wore Lady Gaga’s glorious, beautiful inauguration ensemble for an event people would hate on her. If Lady Gaga had worn this people would have fallen over themselves with love for the throwback.

  27. oliver's mom says:

I know I’m in the minority, but I love the dress. Melania just doesn’t have the personality or je ne sais quoi to pull it off.

  28. Destiny says:

    I love the dress

  29. Marigold says:

I thought her wearing black was obnoxious. And that Florida style does not suit her.

  30. Mabs A'Mabbin says:

Those are drapes from Howard Johnson’s motel rooms circa 1970 something.

I’ve been reading what I can regarding our home grown terrorists (as much as I can without hurling bile), and many are indeed floundering wondering what they’re supposed to do. It’s amazing how many bought Q’s shit and lived by the words and promises of an online instigator and traitor. BUT, the stronger groups who are condemning Q, and calling him out for what he is, are taking over and carrying the torch with what appears to be great ease. It’s scary.

  31. Seraphina says:

A hideous dress and all that orange, wonder if she is throwing shade at her hubby,
And thank you for that clip of her not waving. I needed that laugh.

  32. Keen Kate says:

Why does she look 20 years older in the header image? I thought her black outfit was better. The price of the handbag though!

    • Isabella says:

That really stiff updo ages her. And it looks ridiculous with the ugly beach dress and the hideous black flats. I usually like the way she dresses, but I thought the black funeral suit was bizarre. She should have taken a page from Meghan Markle and done revenge dressing.

  33. Justjj says:

I really want to see them penniless and imprisoned. Maybe she chose that fugly dress because it complimented her orange husband?

  34. Vanessabee says:

I assumed the extended secret service protection was because he’s worried about a Russian with a pen filled with nerve agent, not that he’s worried about his Hee-Haw supporters.

  35. Bettyrose says:

Saw the dress with the Bernie Sanders meme super imposed on all the patterns. You can probably Google that if it’s what you need in your life today. 🤣

  36. Nina Simone says:

Don’t forget she carried a $70,000 bag when leaving the White House. They really are for the working people!! **sarcasm

  37. mish-mash says:

OMG I thought it was a house dress like my gran wears…..

  38. Adream says:

Is that real Melania or fake Melania?

  39. Rianic says:

    Where is Baron????

    • Mignionette says:

I think Melania has custody of Baron bc he is never around his father, not even amongst the other kids. That could have been part of the pre-nup negotiation.

  40. Coco says:

Unless some serious charges start being filed, I imagine she might not file for divorce until Barron finishes high school.
I actually find the way she and Donald complement each other kind of fascinating. I think she is more intelligent than he is, probably more ruthless, but equally as lazy once she achieved her primary goal of marrying rich. If she had any ambition to remain First Lady, or even if she had any ideas about how to implement policy, I think she could have outdone most of the Trump administration in her capacity for cruelty. I also think that part of Donald is desperate for her affection and it greatly troubles him that she holds him in such contempt. However, if he’d never run for President, I imagine he’d be on wife number four by now – some relatively naive 20-something who wouldn’t push him for children and pampered him when she wasn’t at the spa.

  41. Mignionette says:

Are we not going to talk about the $45,000 croco Birkin in the height of a pandemic when Trump wouldn’t even endorse $600 stimulus cheques ?

  42. Mel says:

If it had more of a caftan cut or it was knee length it would be cute, this just looks like a bed spread from the 60’s. She better shop now, she might not be able to buy like that and no one is going to lend her clothes.

  43. lascivious chicken says:

Like the dress, hate the mannequin

  44. Kate says:

I like the dress, I’m jealous of the nicer weather, and she looks happy.

  45. Nic919 says:

Biden needs to cancel the secret service extension for the adult children. This is ridiculous. They can afford their own security and the secret service is already stretched thin with the large amount of people they need to cover.

  46. L4frimaire says:

That clip was so funny. She just kept on walking. The dress looked a bit too casual for their arrival, like she was headed straight to the pool. She signaled she is officially done and does not care. They are shameless, truly are. I’m glad they weren’t at the Inauguration. What would they say about their mob storming that same Capitol two weeks ago. Anyway, it’s back to work in Washington and the GOP is already going back to their usual obstructionist, lying ways and the press is both siding the BS again,

  47. Merricat says:

I hope this is the last story I ever read about Melania, unless the words “bankruptcy “ and “indictment “ are heavily involved.

  48. candy says:

I hate the trumps but I can’t hate on that Gucci, I love it. Harlequin inspired and the cut is very flattering and slimming.

  49. bette says:

What a bunch of petty POS posting up in here.

  50. Amelie says:

She was the happiest person in the departing Trump administration, I’ve never seen her smile so much or show so much emotion. She is so dang happy to be out of the White House and no longer being the first lady, a role she never wanted–not that she did much as first lady, she was pretty MIA and did the bare minimum. She can go back to endless shopping, sipping cocktails, and just chilling with Barron and her parents. And that was definitely the real Melania in DC. Trump uncharacteristically let her speak for a bit during his 10 minute “farewell speech” and that was unmistakably her accent when she was speaking. Sure, you can imitate her but it’s hard to do without sounding ridiculous. And I’m guessing that was her in that ugly dress since she just kept walking leaving Donald behind, a really great moment that made me LOL. She’ll fit right in in Florida with all the retirees, isn’t that how they typically dress?

  51. Emily says:

    That’s fake Melania.

Real Melania is anywhere else with Barron.

  52. Julia K says:

Nice dress on her. Sends a message as well. ” I no longer need to hold my tummy in”. First really comfy thing she has worn.

  53. M.A.F. says:

Are we placing bets on when she will file for divorce?

  54. JustMe says:

Looks to me as if he pushed her away!

  55. Severine says:

Stop covering the Trumps! Just find other people to write about.

  56. NYStateofMind says:

Girlfriend popped a few xannies and said fuck it. She is beyond checked out.

  57. jferber says:

Emily, I suspect it’s fake Melania, too. But a different fake Melania. Fake Melania 2, I guess. Every time “Melania” wears sunglasses, it’s a dead giveaway to me. Because those surgically altered eyes would be very hard to pull off for a normal person.

    • Emily says:

You’re right. The sunglasses are the give away. And this Melania is shorter. She has flats on to explain away the difference in height.

  58. Nana says:

Off to her separate wing at Mar-a-lago. They’ll never have to see each other again!

  59. Billie says:

    I love this dress, tho.

    • Watson says:

I love this dress too and often loved the things she wore, minus the time she wore that “I don’t really care, do you?” Coat to see children separated and torn away from their families.

It’s a shame that she’s such a gross human being. She took the fun out of First Lady fashion for me.

  60. hellodelu says:

People should know by now that this Melania was the Fake Melania…
