I’d like to see her.Curiosity is there. The money would help her. When she is ready. She was talking to the guy with printing work. She is able to talk.She wanted to be a model it said and her pics were on there. Why not have them on Oprah and get paid. I am not a big fan of Oprah but many are. People want only the best for her. She is undercover now but they will have to see the public some time. I do know what it is like to be attacked.

I hope everyone here takes a look, because… ain’t that the TRUTH! Perhaps Jaycee’s case would have been solved years and years ago, if so many resources weren’t tied up in the War on Drugs!

I hope she does one, because I think Jaycee could help kidnap victims everywhere, not just those who have been kidnapped and are living lives like Jaycee, but also those who might be kidnapped in the future. Plus, who wants the last word on this to be from Garrido, who says the story will be “heartwarming”? I think Jaycee would have something different to say about that, and should get her chance. Oprah’s show is a great opportunity for her to tell her story, how she coped… The interview could actually be very therapeutic for her, as well – her re-entrance into society, and cathartic. The story of her educating and loving her children who weren’t even allowed to know she was their mother might be sad, but could also be seen as extremely inspirational as an “against all odds” story – As even her mere survival is such a story.

Everyone needs to leave this woman and her family ALONE. If someday she decides to do an interview, which frankly I don’t think she ever should, she can decide who then. But for now everyone needs to back off.
I hate the exploitative, rushed, instant gratification that so many media outlets need to have these days.

The whole world wants to see what Jaycee Dugard looks like now and to hear her story! So yes, every talk show, and every news media is trying to get an interview.
So all yall saying Jaycee Dugard and her family just needs privacy, which I also agree that they do, and I just can’t imagine thier pain and what they have been though, and the horror that Jaycee Dugard has been through, bless her heart she was just a little kid, will be tuned in watching just like every one else in the world.
Some of yall just want to bash Oprah.

Agreed VoodooBetty, I’m tiring of hearing about Oprah. I would laugh if Jaycee told her to *blank* off. I would. Jaycee has obviously got more on her plate than to be worried by Oprah. Oprah is sounding like a vulture.

Oprah needs to get off her pedestal and realize the self serving stupidity of her statements…
leave the family ALONE !!!!! all she does is create a media frenzy to try to beat her to interview.
What we need is compassion…something obviously Oprah lacks to feed her massive ego……
the family needs to heal…geez…disgusting

No, Pam. Pursuing this girl, this victim of a crime so horrific that it’s hard to even fathom, is not in any way a demonstration of taste or compassion. Even approaching her with the request for an interview shows a lack of both.
