well…he messed up not using protection, and i’m sure she decided not to take her pill…he was playing with fire all this time and got caught…although the birth date is off if he said she was in her second trimester when he told his family..in april…this is such a soap opera..the dna will tell…and i think he will pay child support and have an open relationship if it is his…..mel is mel, so many women, so little time probably is his motto……we haven’t heard anything more about robyn or the divorce in a long time…..is it done?

@Angelika…Mel chose to “introduce this woman to the world and deal with the situation” because he had to. The tabloids and web sites were “on” to the pregnancy, and once Robyn filed for divorce even lame, publicist-kiss-ass media outlets like Entertainment Tonight and People were after a “scoop.” I think the public would be more apt to give her the benefit of the doubt if it weren’t for her history as a golddigger and opportunist, some of which is mentioned in this thread, and if she really did have some sort of legitimate career. Oksana is working hard promoting an album that exists only in her and Mel’s mind. It’s what’s called a vanity project, and the fact that Oksana’s interviews are taking up space that could be promoting real singer/songwriter/musicians is an insult to true artists!

I dont stand by Oksana and i really dislike her singing and i m against golddiggers,but cant call her homewrecker,simply because there were no home to wreck,MG were separetated from his wife for 3 years(Do u really believe two adults could get back together after 3 years of separation?)marriage was over and it was just matter of time to take next legal step,it could be anyone else in the place of Oksana..Ok she was his mistress so what?Many couples start their relation this way and they are not the only ones having a beby out of wedlock either.Atleast he was brave enough to introduce this woman to the world and deal with the situation,that is why i think he loves her..Ok not all find her pretty,but she has something about her..How can i put it in right word?I think she is vulnarable,and this is kind of attractive..Maybe she is playing a game,but why not to give her benefit of the doubt?After all she is doing something trying to promot her album, it is a lot of work too specially for someone heavily pregnant and both of them stressed that they dont want to get married..People truely in love dont really need to get married..

@Angelika…If Mel and Oksana were “truly in love” why did he try to cover up the relationship until she got pregnant and Robyn filed for divorce? And if they were “truly in love” why didn’t he divorce Robyn sooner? I do believe in love, but not in this case. IMO this relationship began as lust — Oksana was his mistress, remember? — and right now is all about the baby. Mel may be forcing himself into “love” because of the situation, but I doubt those feelings will last.

@susieqinBA…Mel may be “suffering the consequences of his behaviors and actions,” but unfortunately his seven children are suffering too. Every time one of Oksana’s creepy videos pops up on You Tube I think of 10-year-old Tommy and how the kids he goes to school with are probably watching it. And how must the adult kids feel when Oksana talks about the “intimacy” she shares with Mel because of the baby.

Linda K…I agree, it would be great if Oksana’s CD is a hit in Europe and she moves back to London or wherever her next wealthy conquest lives. If David Hasselhoff can become a big star in Germany and Jerry Lewis in France anything’s possible!

here’s his chance to be with anyone he wants to be with, after his divorce, without any worry or tabloid stuff thrown at him, and he blew it. he has gone against his church’s rules all this time, why start now and get married. everyone knows the truth of his past, i don’t think anyone will be surprised that he doesn’t get married. best thing to happen is that her cd takes off in europe and she decides to move back there.

Man, Mel Gibson is totally rewriting the Bible AND Catholicism with this one…
Apparently these celebs need to do web searches on their lovers since they probably don’t bother with AIDS tests or a stop at the supermarket/gas station/pharmacy for some condoms.
