Madonna used to have a very nice heart shaped face with a pointed chin. That has been completely obliterated now with a 'madam' blunt chin. I suppose the idea is to replace bone lost through age, but it seems they have a one size fits all chin, and as for the cheeks - surely they could do better than that.
