Kate Hudson moving closer to A-Rod & his daughters

Kate Hudson, son Ryder, and reported boyfriend, Alex Rodriguez leave The Spotted Pig restaurant in NYC

Thursday, Kate Hudson and Alex Rodriguez went apartment-hunting in New York. Much like Ryan Reynolds and Scarlett Johansson, they took pains to avoid being photographed in the same frame. But it’s pretty clear that they are getting serious together, especially since the couple that apartment-shops together, stays together… for a little while longer, at least. Since Kate was wearing a fabulous blue coat (I want it), we can’t see her alleged baby (or beer-and-hot-dog) bump.

Meanwhile, In Touch Weekly is reporting that A-Rod has introduced his daughters (with ex-wife Cynthia) to Kate, and it’s a love fest amongst the girls. This, of course, is pissing off Cynthia:

Kate Huson’s romance with baseball star Alex Rodriguez has helped her fulfill one of her lifelong dreams – having a daughter!

Although Kate worships 5-year-old son Ryder, a pal explains that she has always wanted a little girl, and she has quickly grown close to A-Rod’s kids, Natasha, 4, and Ella, 17 months.

“The girls love Kate, and she’s especially bonded with Natasha,” the insider says. But Alex’s ex-wife Cynthia isn’t so thrilled.

“Cynthia knows there is nothing she can do to keep Kate away from her daughters, but it is painful,” says the insider.

It will likely only get worse for her: Kate, A-Rod and the kids were spotted looking at houses in the $10 million range in Malibu on September 24.

Allegedly, Cynthia Rodriguez was much more upset over his relationship with Madonna – Cynthia hasn’t said a word about Kate, so far as I’ve seen. My guess is that Cynthia’s silence speaks volumes – if she’s not out there giving interviews about how Kate is a succubus, Cynthia is probably okay with the relationship. That being said, it does make me uncomfortable when a girlfriend or stepmother uses the kids as some kind of “aren’t we such a happy family” prop. In Kate’s case, I don’t think she is. In Touch had two photos of Kate with Alex’s girls, but those are the only photos I’ve ever seen. The bigger issue, in my mind, is how quickly Kate introduces her latest boyfriend to her son, Ryder.

So true, that poor little boy.
She’s got quite the quick turnstyle for men and always seems to be subjecting her kid to it.
Wonder if the boy has to call them “uncle” like Joan Crawford’s kids.
I doubt that and just hope she’s being careful in how she’s presenting her relationships to her child, her world is his view.
Hope her and Alex make it last.

This woman defines, “clingy, insecure woman in hollywood”.
But what really grinds me about her is the fact that she exposes her little boy to every man she comes in “contact” with.

oops sorry kaiser, you already pointed that out! Sympatico baby!

I wonder how many women Arod have at the side at this moment. If he cheated on is wife he is going to cheat on his new “girlfriend” . Plus he has a type , muscular and blonde women , his wife was really muscular , the women he cheated with are all muscular , Madonna is muscular.

agree with the previous posts. she obviously loves her son, but it must be confusing to him.

When she was mad with Madonna, she was still married.
She’s probably got her check and moved on by now (my understanding is that NYers know Madonna was not the first, but the final straw).
If she’s gonna comment on his future ex-wives/babies mommas, she’d need a daily blog like this one, cuz both of them are predictably pathetic.

This story is from Life & Style which is the bottom of the barrel in terms of reliability, so don’t believe everything you read…In the case of L&S, pretty much don’t believe ANYTHING you read.

I think it’s great that she introduced her son to A-Rod.She probably wanted to see how they got along before getting serious with a guy…which is a GOOD and SMART move.

I don’t know that that’s good or smart…it’s hard for kids to get introduced to and attached to various guys who then disappear, never to be seen again. Kids don’t understand that.
