In Touch has a funny story to go along with the new fan pictures of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s 14-month-old twins, Knox and Vivienne. The fan pics came from an ice cream parlor outing in Jordan, and pretty much every magazine and gossip site has jacked those pictures over and over. I was thinking about that the other day - considering these are the first images of the twins we’ve seen in months, the guy who took the photos should have held on to the pictures and sold them to the highest bidder - he could be a millionaire by now. Poor guy.
Anyway, In Touch Weekly put up a surprisingly nice little story about the twins and what their lives are like. I guess the In Touch editor got tired of running “the last straw” breakup stories and decided to make up some stuff about the kids. According to IT, after Brad and Angelina’s UNHCR trip to Syria, they made the stop in Jordan at the request of Angelina’s friend Queen Noor, the former queen of Jordan. Queen Noor “wanted to meet the twins.” Interesting. Angelina and Queen Noor are friendly - according to reports, Angelina stayed in Noor’s palace when she traveled to Jordan in July with Maddox. Although their parents fight, the twins are certainly living a charmed life.
“Knox is mellow and loves to listen to music,” a family friend says. “Viv has Angie’s firecracker personality, but is so feminine.”
The twins are different but undeniably close. “They always hug and sleep together in a custom-built crib,” says the friend.
They have two nannies watching their every move, who keep them on a strict schedule. “They go to bed by 6 p.m. and are up at 6 a.m.,” and in their nursery, there’s a place to heat their bottles. Their siblings love being with them too.
“Z’s motherly, while Shi tells stories. Maddox draws pictures for them and Pax loves to make them painted macaroni necklaces.”

In addition to these pleasant fictions (“They always hug”? Even a Brangaloonie like me is gagging a little), In Touch has some little photo pull-outs with some added commentary that’s pretty awesome. Considering the twins reportedly sampled their parents’ ice cream during the Jordan outing, the tabloids can no longer make up stories about how the twins are sickly, fussy eaters. IT’s source confirms: “They’re very happy, healthy kids.” Also, they’re saying that “Angie always says that Knox is a mini-Brad” and that Vivienne has “the same features” as Angelina. Also, Viv is talking. Their source says: “If she wants to be picked up, she says ‘up-py.’” Too cute, right? Empress Zahara will teach her new words, don’t worry.

Why do the tabloids insist on this family being on the verge of splitting up? From the looks of these pictures, Brad and Angie couldn’t be any happier. They are literally glowing!

Always a dig fron IT. I hate this rag and hope no one buys it. They hate Angie and yet use every opportunity to bash her and Brad’s relationship. I wish you would stop usint their stories in your site.

birdie, apparently, no one wants them to be happy so they keep writing about them splitting (plus, it sells lots of magazines). I’m with you - they look very happy. Good for them! And their kids are beautiful.

What’s funny about tabloids is that they pretend they didn’t say something. A few weeks ago IT said the kids are miserable. They even had Shiloh attacking Angelina. Don’t they always say Zahara beats on the other kids. Now they are happy as clams because of a motherly Zahara. I think last week they had Brad moved out and moving to Germany. Now they are sticking together for the kids.
I never understand calling Brad and/or Angelina fans Brangaloonies. I’ve only read fans saying they like them(never saying the family is perfect or call Angelina a saint). While Jenfans and haters call the family hateful and racists names and spread lies.

while I agree that some Aniston fans can be pretty nasty, there are the so-called Brangeloonies that can be just as bad.
not ALL Jolie-Pitt fans are brangeloonies, but they do exist, and yes, they do act like Jolie is a saint and have called the family perfect. (note: my ID is an homage to the nut-bars.)
that being said…all the kids are adorable and it doesn’t surprise me at all to hear that the older ones like to play mommy/daddy to the younger ones. it’s like that in just about EVERY family.

Beth: Are you living under a rock? There are many people that are normal about the brange but there are way more who know every aspect of their lives and the children and it is really disturbing. They go on and on about how perfect they are and how happy they are like they know them. That is why they are called loonies. It is pretty weird and over the top, the way they admire them. Just because people do not like Brange does not mean that they are haters or Jenfans it just means they are not blinded to the lies that they sell to the public (same as people who do not like Jen…they are not all haters. some just do not appreciate her which is more than understandable. But the loonies take EVERYTHING overboard…admiration of the brange and hate for jen - according to them everything is Jens fault. It is really weird) I am in that boat of hating all three of them for their OTT need for fame.

seriously, I’ve seen this stuff. As I said at the time…by Friday, I hardly remember what I wore on Monday, but these nuts know what they wore to which premiere, how they wore their hair, whether they walked together or separate…it’s really scary.

Like all families, I’m sure they have their problems. That does not mean that every week the Jolie-Pitts are on the verge of breaking up like the tabs. claim they are.
How many times can Brad move out? How many times can Brad buy a new place in every city, they stay in to get away from Angie and the kids?
How many times is Brad ,at the last straw?Anybody can tell it is all made-up BS only to sell the tabs. to the Jenfans, because this is what they want to believe.
The babies are too cute and adorable.

The tabs claim they have insiders yet it took a ice cream shop owner to get the 1st pics in 9 months. I wonder why the insiders can never provide info like the family is going to be in Africa or the twins will be in Jordan before the fact.Also why not give these little tidbits about the family before the twin pics came out. These tabs get a pic then make up a story around the pic.Btw I have read 5 different stories on how Shiloh lost her tooth, the tabloids are for the most part fiction.OT Are you saying the man who took the pics didn’t get compensated by the mags that published it.

Birdie - I totally agree with you. Brad and Angie look happier than ever in these pics taken in Jordan. I hate In Touch magazine because it always keeps writing these outrageous LIES. How does this rag know what´s going on in this beautiful family? I think that all the older children are very loving toward the twins but how does IT know so specifically which one of the older ones does what with the twins? And as far as Knox and Viv´s health is concerned they look absolutely healthy to me. I can´t stop watching those chubby cheeks!

Why does Aniston have to interjected into every Pitolie mention? I’m not blaming Anniston as I’m sure she wants to get on with life without having the Pitolies mentioned in items written about her. Give it a rest!

There´s another thing that really annoys me in this IT story. How on earth do they know that only Viv is talking? I bet BOTH Knox and Viv are talking already. The story makes Knox sound like a retarded (pardon my French). He sure can say the basic words like “mama” and “daddy” just like his little sister. I strongly advice everyone to boycott IT´s site and the rag itself. So full of LIES that it makes me sick.

The tabs and non fans speculate on this couple 24/7. and the truth is NOBODY knows anything about their lives except what the let us know. Other then a few pics every once and a while we know nothing. Neither Brad/nor Angie have a movie coming out until early 2010 or later. So that being the case we will see and hear even less then we do now. They really do live a private life. The tabs have been printings stories for years, and 95% of them are WRONG. not a good track record if you ask me. So I being a fan will wait for interviews and pictures. Other then that the supposed insiders don’t know jack sh*t about these people and their lives. If they did we would have known in advance that the twins would be seen. We would have known where the family travels. So buy the rags if you must. You are not getting any real news; at least about this family you are not.

In Touch??? Give me a break, they couldn’t even do better that some Jordanian fans who got those lovely pics from their phones, and they are supposed to know about how Zahara is thinking about her little siblings? Losers.
