Tracy Anderson has wreaked damage on many people’s lives. I’m from Indianapolis and know Tracy personally. She unfortunately owes my family 15K that I’m sure we will never see again. Too late to sue but far be it for Tracy to do the right thing. Why start now? All of this being said, her financial wreckage is not the worst thing she has exacted on humanity. Her proclaim that she can turn any woman from any genetic background into “teeny tiny dancer bodies” makes me furious for women and girls everywhere. I have responded by striving to eat when I’m hungry, workout sensibly and embrace my beautiful, fit, womanly curves. My breasts are real and they’re spectacular. Not only that I’m continually working on becoming a truly successful wife, mom and ethical business owner. Eventually that has to prove out to be more important than becoming a flash in the pan anorexia promoter to celebrities. As if they need any help. Hopefully Tracy maintains some kind of financial stability from her “success”. Her poor son is going to need it for therapy. Being a child of a scamming narcissist can’t be an easy lot in life.

Sounds like mad Madge, she’s never been known for loyalty to others, just herself. See her brother who was discarded along the time she married Guy Ritchie b/c the two boys didn’t get along. Sad. If anyone deserves to be swindled by a con-artist, it’s Madonna. Hope you got a lot of loot, Tracy! You probably deserve it for putting up with that psycho.

I think you called it there. Personally, Tracy has done some brilliant work in her muscle targeting routines, as I can attest to after having done her mat DVD for 6 weeks or so. For the first time in my life my butt is a nice smooth little apple (and I have been a serious athlete in my time!) and my arms look great – toned but not at all bulky. I can’t see how Madge could get bulky on Tracy’s prescribed exercise regimen. Having said all that, Tracy’s diet advice is crap, and obviously she’s lacking some serious nuts and bolts upstairs when it comes to business. I’d say she’s got ADHD to say the very least – probably some serious narcisism as well.

I’ll just go on gleaning the good from the bad. If all else fails, I’ve got her DVD’s.
