Tracy only had 3 constant characters. Astronaut Jones, The Bum in the Sewer, and Brian Fellows. Those characters weren't even that regular. I don't think the writers knew how to write for him (think Lorne admited it) and Tracy's comedy is chaotic and hard to contain in a skit. Tracy has stretch markes because he used to be overweight.
