I think Russell is good stuff. I didn’t think too much of him at the first vma he hosted. Then I watched him on Jimmy Fallon (the first time he was on there) and I thought he was really brilliant in a sexy way. Then I caught one his stand-ups and I was lmao.. I got his book. He is a ***recovering*** sex addict… so yeah he was probably trying to nail her there.

Yes, his stand-up isn’t really to my taste, and he really does look as he’s the necrotic-scented, effluvia emeritus of Hobo University. But–it must’ve been for his book promotion–I heard some of his radio interviews, and if God didn’t make little green apples, he was really self-aware, impressively erudite and seemed like an interesting person.

Maybe she’s less, um, ‘peppery’ than in her interviews. God bless them both, and stuff. I’d say that this scenario looks like ‘When Naptha Met Napalm’, but what am I doing? Drinking milk, cooking dinner, following it up with some vacuuming and light laundry with BBC Radio in the background, ingesting vitamins and trying to get a good night’s rest before returning to the research doldrums. Maybe they’re on to something.
