Jennifer Lopez wants to conceive a child with this man

Marc Anthony bought a lot of baby girl items over a month ago, and people have been guessing that J.Lo is either pregnant or adopting a child. Now the news is that she’s still trying to get pregnant, and is eating a lot of spinach in a bid to increase her fertility:

[In Touch Weekly] notes that while J. Lo. has always been a healthy eater but lately she’s been eating more spinach than Popeye!

According to an insider, J.Lo, 36, is still trying to get pregnant and she was advised by her physician to increase her intake of folic acid, a vitamin B complex found in green leafy vegetables. “Jennifer’s eating spinach three times a day,” a pal says.

This actually may work, as I saw a show on BBC last night that featured a fertility expert counselling a couple to eat their vegetables to increase their chances at having a baby.

The problem may lie with Lopez’s husband of a record-breaking two years, Marc Anthony. While Lopez looks healthy enough to conceive, Anthony’s dark eye circles and skeletal frame may reveal that his sperm is less than motile. He also has a tendency to grab his crotch, and may be deliberately trying to foil Lopez’s efforts.

Here is J.Lo out with a friend for lunch this weekend, where she undoubtedly ate her vegetables.

Two more after the jump.
