I don't know, but all Gossip girl girls like to wear way too much makeup except Blair. Or it might be her thin lips and down-turned mouth that make her look older. I don't really get why all white people seem to think she's the most gorgeous girl ever. She's pretty, of course, but I think there's a million blonde girls who look equally pretty in Hollywood. She staterd very early and we all know what that can lead to (Lindsay Lohan anyone?).
