The Billboard Music Awards were held last night and I only watched an hour. They were a mess. I remember when even the “lesser” music awards still tried to put on a proper show, with a proper host and proper messaging. There’s less of that these days. I know that makes me sound ancient, but guess what? Sean Combs is a terrible music awards show host, and he was so bad, he brought the whole show down. You can see this year’s BBMA winners here – Drake, Olivia Rodrigo and Doja Cat were all big winners.
Weirdly, one of the biggest moments of the Billboards was on the red carpet, when Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly turned up. Megan has gone full Melania Trump, and I joked last night that MGK looked like Jared Kushner. I still stand by that though. Megan wore David Koma. MGK wore Dolce & Gabbana with a diamond manicure.
Here’s Dove Cameron in Ashlyn. Have you heard her song on the radio? It sounds like Billie Eilish! It’s good though, it’s a bop.
Chloe Bailey in Valdrin Shahiti. Eh.
And here’s Florence Welch in Gucci. I can’t believe Flo + the Machine came out for this, but they just released a new album, and they’re doing an American promotional swing. Their performance was actually great.

I think she looks stunning but to me the dress is definitely eh- somehow try hard and boring with the cut out, fabric, silhouette. I would have that take on the dress no matter who was wearing it.
The dress is a dud. If you’re wearing clothes to show off your body, there are other ways to do it. I honestly cannot believe designers are making money off of dresses that look this poorly designed.

Yes! At first I was a fan of her an MGK but she is coming across as desperate and so damn thirsty. She isn’t actually very bright or talented and just says things she thinks sound smart and “feminist.” Also her face is jacked, it’s been bad for a while but she looks 15 years older than she is from all this surgery and can’t even move it.

LOL! Between looks like this and all the vampire mystical woo-woo stuff, Megan is going to have people shrieking about “The Remnant” soon. I just need her or some similar peer to say something about the universe, vibes, or being spiritual without being religious next. This isn’t one of her best looks (she might have pulled it off better without the work she’s had done), but it’s alright.
