These are pictures of Suri Cruise visiting her dad’s Wichita film set on Saturday. She’s finally covered up, y’all! Of course, it’s just a long-sleeved doll dress, but I’m so happy to see it’s not cap-sleeved or even sleeveless. Suri also has her legs covered in what looks like really awesome patterned red tights. Honestly, I’m loving the whole red ensemble. It’s very Christmas-y. Or maybe Suri is going as a tomato for Halloween? Stranger things have happened. But I love that Suri coordinated the dress to tights to the shoes. Take note, ladies - monochromatic will be in style for winter. Suri is the harbinger.
In other Holmes-Cruise news, Page Six is reporting that Tom’s hit 1980s film Cocktail is going to be made into a Broadway musical. Heywood Gould (awesome name, and he wrote the original book and screenplay) is writing the musical, and casting hasn’t even been considered, but he says “I do like Katie Holmes.”
Tom Cruise’s “Cocktail” is to be turned into a Broadway musical by legendary producer Marty Richards — and Katie Holmes could be up for a role. The ’80s movie is being adapted by Heywood Gould, who wrote the original book and film. Gould told us, “I am writing it as we speak. Marty Richards is on board and he’s working on the score. It’s far too early to talk about casting. We haven’t approached anybody yet. But I do like Katie Holmes.” Gould was guest of honor at the other night’s “Cocktail” 20th anniversary party at TGI Friday’s at Penn Station.

So Katie for the Elisabeth Shue role? Oh, no. Katie would mess that up. Unless he means Katie for the Tom Cruise role. Which would be epic. I would love to see Katie the Zombie attempt the cocktail twirling. Sigh… I actually like Cocktail. It’s one of the better Tom Cruise films. Back when people didn’t realize how creepy Tom is.

Actually there are a lot of pictures of Suri in pants and long-sleeves while in Boston. When I say a lot I mean just 4 or 5 times which is 4 or 5 times more than the previous 3 years of her life.

i find all this intensive media coverage of a young child’s “fashion choices” pretty damn creepy. i don’t think parents will be the ones to blame when she is in her tweens and dressing like an exotic dancer and setting example to all the other young girls…..just sayin’

It’s good that she’s covered up but that’s still not warm enough. I always shocked to see Suri in a sleeveless dress when people around her were wearing jackets. I will not be surprised if Suri gets pneumonia any time soon.

Ah, it’s Suri and Robo Mom. She’s cute but she reminds me of the little prodigal Scientologist child who will someday grow to rule over the Scientologist church…I bet they’re preparing her for it. At least Cruise is anyways.

Bill Hicks is God: My first thought was OMG- that’s Samara from the Ring…creeepy! How hard is it to throw her hair in a ponytail at least?? Poor kid must be constantly eating her own hair, and getting it stuck in her eyes.

Jesus. I love all the critisism of this child and her parents not forcing a coat on her (which she’d probably rip off anyway). I’ve seen way worse on the playground and no one seems to be calling the police.

Honestly, some of the clothing this child was wearing..One outfit looked like it was a nightgown, a very flimsy nightgown. Most of the dresses she`s worn were sleeveless, and without leotards.Not even long stockings !!You`d think a small child would feel a chill or uncomfortable in this cool fall weather. It`s funny, if you look at someo of the previous pics of Tom and Kate, they`re wearing coats and warm fall clothing, Suri isn`t. Umm, dress your child like yourself??!! I think it`s common sense and courtesy.
Cowbell, in one photo, Suri looks like she`s ready for bed. She was wearing a very flimsy pink cut off dress, without socks and slip on shoes.I usually keep my eyes on my own children`s attire, but what the Cruise`s allow Suri to wear is just plain neglect. -
I always said she looks demonic. Her parents still haven’t changed my mind. I wouldn’t like to go near her with a barge pole!!!!
