Plus when she bends over, she has no little belly bulge, so she's either wearing Spanx or she has some sick abs. I'd go for #1! I went from 247lbs to 140lbs. I did it by eating high protein meals, lifting weights (at night), and during that time I was working 2 jobs, so not getting a lot of sleep. It is possible. It is even possible to do it healthily. I did it. Don't let your hate make you stupid to the facts of what can be done. If you've never done it, then really? Shut up about it.
