Judy Garland's kids say the same about their mom, and she was a far worse mess than Rosie. Look, Rosie deals with her demons honestly, which is the definition of a sane stable person. If every mom in the US were denied custody of their kids because of depression, or a little drinking, or bathing with a kids -- sheesh, we all do that, and yes, the hair thing is a question every kid asks -- every mom in the country would be in jail. Rosie is a genuinely gifted generous person who is high functioning and accomplishes a lot. She wears her heart on the sleeve. Kids are her life. Look people, 50% of all marriages end in divorce. I live miles away, and my daughter wasn't even born at the time, but it still affected me. Same thing with 9/11. I live in Texas, nowhere near NYC, and I am still affected by the events that happened there. Did only the victims of the Holocaust have the right to be sad about it? Only the decedents of slaves have the right to have sorrow about it? You don't have to be physically present to FEEL something. No one can corner the market on emotions. Some people feel things more deeply than others. That's nothing to judge or condemn. Kelli has never struck me as an unreasonable person, she always seems quiet and balanced. Hopefully these traits will help smooth things out. I think Kelli adopted the children but I think in the cases of Blake and Chelsea Rosie already had them and Kelli adopted them after they got together. That being said it probably wouldn't make a difference in the custody hearings but lets hope it doesn't go that far. I didn't know about the pubic hair thing...but now I don't think I'll be able to eat for at least a week. Gross. I do feel for her though, because a breakup is hard, but I can't help but feel that her obnoxious, loud-mouth craziness was a BIG part of the reason for the split. But whatever, I wish the best for the kids. I think Rosie is a lunatic, and completely unlikable, and Kelli should get custody of those children.
