Radar Online is running a quote from Carrie Prejean’s indignant lawyer that sounds like it basically confirms that the solo sex tape of his client exists. He speaks in legalese about it, but you can tell that he’s considering suing the pageant for bringing up the sex tape in the court case, and that he’s not referring to the outlets reporting that there is such a tape. The news came out yesterday that Carrie immediately dropped her lawsuit once the sex tape was brought out by Miss California pageant. She was hoping for $1 million for getting canned by the pageant, but she went away with her legal fees paid and that’s it.
“In my 26 years of practice I have never dealt with a situation like this,” her attorney Charles Limandri told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview. RadarOnline.com is aware of the existence of a raunchy sex tape of Prejean that is being reported as the reason she settled the lawsuit. “It seems as if someone has acted in an unethical and unlawful manner by even raising this issue,” said Limandri. “We are weighing our options and if this is a breach of contract we are considering suing for punitive damages.”
Prejean sued the pageant after she lost her crown, claiming they were discriminating against her religious beliefs. In the Miss California Pageant counter suit, they claimed that Carrie never paid the organization back for her breast augmentation surgery and tried to have the pageant director Keith Lewis fired.
The settlement was reached Tuesday and a joint statement said: “Carrie Prejean, Keith Lewis and K2 Productions have dropped their claim against each other and wish each other the best in their future endeavors.”
While he would not deny or confirm the existence of a sex tape, Limandri told RadarOnline.com: “In the agreement everyone agreed to deny previous claims and accusations.”

Yeah, that tape totally exists. Reading this at first I thought “there’s no way Carrie is going to sue, she just wants this to go away.” On the other, ahem hand, this girl will do anything to extend her 15 minutes so I wouldn’t be surprised. TMZ has more details about how the tape was shown in front of Carrie and her lawyer. The story is pretty amusing.

When the video started playing, Carrie’s first reaction was “that’s disgusting” … and Carrie denied it was her.
Then, the camera angle changed … and panned up to her face. She was caught red-handed … so to speak.
Carrie was rendered speechless and immediately began talking with her lawyer. We’re told it took about 15 seconds for Carrie to drop her $1 million dollar demand.

It may seem unethical for the pageant to play their trump card, so to speak, but making a sex tape clearly violates the pageant’s contract, among all the other ways that Carrie flouted her duties. The best part of all this is that Carrie’s now ironically named book, Still Standing: The Untold Story of My Fight Against Gossip, Hate, and Political Attacks, comes out on Monday - and it’s put out by a Christian publishing company. She also appears as Miss October in the 2010 Great American Conservative Women’s calendar, and has been making appearances at conservative Christian activist events. All of that doesn’t jibe with her boob job, sexy pics and sex tape. I wonder if she’s going to skip some of her scheduled promotional appearances out of pure embarrassment. Sadly, the increased notoriety from this sex tape story may only increase her book sales. I forsee a reality TV show in her future.

Carrie Prejean is a total hypocrite, and I have lost every ounce of respect for her. Trying to manipulate the Pageant backfired on her, so she and her shady lawyer have found yet another way to milk the Pageant. Go away already.

Oh baby! Looks like she’s bitten off a little more than she can chew but she’s arrogant/stupid enough to think she’s taking the high ground by suing them for (being mean?) bringing up the sex tape that she should never have made in the first place.
The pageant is fighting fire with fire and Ms Prejean’s on fire. She has to decide whether to stop, drop and roll or to fan the flames. We know the right answer and we know she’ll probably do the opposite.

While I believe threatening her with the sex tape is a low blow-this clearly proves that she did not follow her contract meaning they had every right to fire her, and she has no right to sue them for the firing.

Lantana - I believe she was enjoying some solo self pleasure sex time but on camera, most likely for the viewing pleasure of either whoever was filming and/or some other guy (or girl? who knows!) that she intended to let see the tape. I’m sure intended it to be a turn on but the image in my head (I have NO filter and basically anything someone mentions pops into my head right away) is unpleasant, to say the least. I hope the conservatives get over her so her 15 min will end!

I don’t see it as threatening to intimidate her into backing off so much as reminding her that she did, in fact, breach her contract and they have proof.
Why shouldn’t a person be discouraged from threats and unwarranted legal action? If someone is lying through their teeth about who they are and what they’ve done to make boatloads of money, don’t you want them exposed for that?
@ Lantana - you’re not asking for a descriptive explanation, are you? There are things a woman can do to herself to create sexual pleasure… If you honestly don’t understand I highly recommend “Tickle Your Fancy” by Sadie Allison. It’s very informative, but also fun and light-hearted.

TMZ said they saw the tape months ago and and thought it too hot tolay a Hand on it. So to me, it sounds like someone was shopping the tape and she will have a hard time suing the pageant.

She lost her gig because she breached her contract. When she was propped up as a role model for wholesomeness, she thought she then had clout to go up against the Pageant. Then it came out she had a boob job, now it has come out that she made a sex tape. (Which makes me also wonder, did she have someone else tape her or did she tape herself? And why?) And now her attorney is asserting that the Pageant may have a breach of contract? Huh?
So I guess in her world, you shouldn’t be gay, you certainly can’t be gay and married, but if you’re hetero, you can get boob jobs, breach your contract and shirk your duties, tape your self-love episodes and sue because you feel put-upon. Wow!

However, it is quite clear to me that the pageant fired her because there were a bunch of gay people running the pageant and she offended them with her answer to Perez Hilton. I think it had zilch to do with ‘breach of contract’. That is just to cover themselves. Now they are playing as dirty as possible to humiliate her. If there’s anything un-Christian about this sex tape, it’s that it was made with a boyfriend instead of a husband–in other words, premarital sex. Why are the voices in chorus against her not decrying the countless others who have not exactly clung to the rules of premarital chastity? Which is damn near everyone…
The matter of the relationship may be a question to be debated. Even among sincere Christians there is some call to rethink the strict rules of the past.

Nude photos..She was a model so judging her is iffy but she lied to the pageant on this one.
Boob jobs..ok model again so not a biggy .
Sex tape..correction sex tapes turns out there are 7 or 8 of them and we aren’t taking a little fun we are talking self pleasure that would make a porn star proud.
She of course blames it on society rather then take blame for her own actions!
Last but not least she has a book coming out from a Christan press called still standing.

I find it hilarious that some people rushed to hold this woman up as a shining example of wholesome conservative values, and that she very willingly took that role and ran with it all the way to appearances and a book deal, while all of this was lurking in her past.
When will people learn that no matter what, if you make a tape like this and become any sort of public figure, it WILL come out? Never fails, yet everyone assumes it won’t happen to them.
Low blow for them to actually show the tape, but clearly it violates her contract. No one held a gun to her head and forced her to be Miss CA, she willingly did so and agreed to all the rules, even though she shouldn’t have with this in her past. I can’t stand when people dig their own holes, hop in, and then complain that everyone’s looking down at them.
