The courts view the pRon industry to being in a bar because of the temptations one has, Anyone on parole or supervised probation is not allowed into a bar until their parole/probation is finished. The same with the pRon industry. The courts view even working in a pRon shop as a temptation to do drugs or drink. When you are convicted of a crime, even if it has nothing to do with drugs or alcohol, the terms of said probation are strict that you must stay away from things or places where you would be tempted to break the law. Those on probation/parole, at least in the state that I am from, are not allowed to drink or be seen in a bar. A friend of mine had a sister who worked in a pRon shop, and she was told she had to find other employment because she was on supervised probation and could not be in a PRon shop. It's weird, but I think that is why Lindenmulder has court ordered ban from the industry. Does she have a conviction for drugs? Why is the little girl better off with Sandra, because she acts in fun, nice comedies? Or is it because the Mother is/was a porn star? I admit it is not the best profession, and with a LOT of pitfalls, but these women do it for money, and some of them have emerged from this business with their soul intact, and the financial freedom to enjoy their lives. My point is that she went to jail for tax evasion, did her time, and deserve to have her daughter back, UNLESS there are other circumstances that does threaten the little girl's health or well being. BUT so far, we have only heard gossip.
